They listed a used car as having 21k miles, the car had nearly 30k miles on it (that's nearly a year of driving). They didn't correct this despite being made aware. The car also had scratches on it, and 2 small dents, but I had to find this out for myself (it was not clean when i drove it, so took some work to find the scratches versus the smudges). They do have a better inventory than other dealers, but be diligent and militant.

Waited a long time just to talk to a sales person… I was the only one there. Sales person didn’t even introduce himself, even while we were shaking hands and I had given my name. The car was in good shape overall, but I don’t think I’d go back to this dealer for any car.

Victory Motors was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The sales team was fast, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, a 2019 Ford F-150, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need a vehicle. Also, the Big Bob commercials are hilarious and make the dealership even more memorable. Overall, great people, great service, and a great experience. Highly recommend Victory Motors!

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. It's already nerve wracking buying a car but to be almost 2 hours away when you see the right car online makes it worse. It was already a stormy afternoon when I called the dealership to see if the car was still available. I was told that it was. I asked if it would be possible to close the deal if we liked the car because we were so far away and didn't really want to make a second trip. I was told everything we needed to do. My husband and I set off during a torrential downpour wondering if we were making the right decision to go all that way and in a storm. By the time we got there, the sun was shining. We met Kevin and he gave us the keys to try it out. We loved it. It was just as the pictures and description had said. Since it was already after 5 pm, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get the car that night. Kevin told us it wasn't a problem. We were treated as if we were family. Kevin took care of everything and made the process seamless and easy for us. We were treated more like friends and family. This dealership was so worth the drive. We would go back in a heartbeat. They even informed us to stop in just to say hi if we are up that way again. This dealership and the employees are top -notch people with an old-fashioned feel that makes you feel like you matter to them. Even though we didn't buy an expensive car, we truly were treated like we bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Amazing people!

Don, Operations General Manager. 5/20/23 - Don agreed that I put a refundable deposit hold on a car. Don told me it was $500 but charge me $520. 5/24/23 - went to look at car and was not in the conditions Don advertised and said over the phone. Don told me car has no rust or mechanical issues. Rust everywhere underneath the car, oil pan and head gaskets leaking oil. Don still pressured me to buy and assure the car is fine even though its leaking oil and pretty rusty underneath. I did not purchase and requested my deposit. Call, text and email with no response. Don Kerride is ignoring me and took my refundable deposit of $520.

We were in Alpena from Houghton for a hockey tournament and our side blind zone alert system malfunctioned, which also affected the locks, airbags, and key fob. Worried about getting home, we brought it here and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn’t do the complete repair to replace the modules, they did a quick fix (unplugged the defective module) in under an hour for under $50. I can’t say enough how helpful and knowledgeable the service manager Steve Bruski was! Bruski deserves a brewski! I highly recommend getting service or buying a vehicle here.

Scott was great to deal with. Being almost 10hrs away from him he was very upfront and honest about the vehicle that I was interested in. Unfortunately, that particular car sold before I had made up my mind. A few weeks later I recieved a call from Scott about another vehicle that they had just taken in that I might be interested in. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with Carzby in Fenton, Michigan, especially with Michael Lucas. I spent a significant amount of time communicating with Michael through emails and phone calls while trying to purchase a vehicle. Throughout the process, his communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to follow up and remind him to respond to my questions. After finally discussing and agreeing on all the details, Michael told me he would send the paperwork and a payment link so I could place a deposit and secure the vehicle. Less than TWO MINUTES later, he called to tell me the car had been sold! How does a dealership get to the point of arranging payment for a vehicle without knowing it is no longer available? Since the dealership had several similar vehicles, I asked whether they could honor the same deal on another car. Michael promised to speak with his manager the following morning and get back to me. Unsurprisingly, I never heard from him. When I finally called to follow up, Michael was incredibly rude and practically yelled at me, saying he had other things to do. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior toward a customer who was ready to spend thousands of dollars at his dealership. The lack of communication, broken promises, and outright disrespect were astonishing. I was a serious buyer, prepared to move forward with a purchase, yet I was treated as though my time and business meant absolutely nothing. Buying a car should not involve chasing down a salesperson for basic communication, being told a vehicle is available for purchase only to have it sold moments later, and then being treated rudely for simply following up. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Carzby or recommend this dealership to anyone. If this is how they treat customers BEFORE receiving their money, I can only imagine what the experience might be like if an issue arises AFTER a purchase. Customer service, professionalism, and respect should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, my experience with Michael Lucas and Carzby fell far below even those basic expectations. A complete waste of my time and an extremely disappointing experience. Buyers beware!

Dice sold me at car for 5500. I found out that they only paid 3300 for car. I have spent $1500 to get coolant fixed and now it will cost me $4500 to get the alternator and solenoid fixed as well as the turbo boost on the car fixed. Moral of the stories is don’t buy from them they were recently in the news.

What a Great Family Business to Work With!! So fun , personal, and professional!! We drove 2 1/2 hours one way so 4 hours on the road .. we did 1 day a week for 3 weeks .. just to make sure , this was exactly the right truck for me (us) 😉 They put NO PRESSURE on us at all .. in fact .. Kane told us to go home and “ think about it” ,just to make sure the truck was the one we wanted!! My first truck I bought out of High School was a Ford, but have driven Chevy or GMC after that..Now back to Ford .. I love it and have many compliments on it.. even from Chevy drivers.. haha who still pick on me for driving a Ford..
