I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and professionalism I received from Greg Rupp and the team at Land Rover Richfield.
While driving from Rochester to Minneapolis, I experienced a frightening situation on the highway when my Land Rover suddenly would not accelerate. After spending the night in Minneapolis, I went to Land Rover Richfield first thing Saturday morning without an appointment, unsure of what to expect and without a loaner vehicle arranged.
The moment I walked through the door, I met Greg Rupp. He immediately reassured me that everything would be okay, took the time to listen to my situation, and quickly arranged a loaner vehicle so I could get back home and continue with my responsibilities. His calm, caring, and professional approach turned an incredibly stressful experience into one that I knew was in good hands.
The service team determined that a part needed to be replaced, ordered it promptly, completed the repair, and then went above and beyond by delivering my repaired vehicle to my workplace and exchanging it for the loaner. That level of customer service saved me another trip to the Twin Cities, prevented me from missing additional days of work, and spared me from having to rely on others for transportation.
Greg Rupp and the entire Land Rover Richfield team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to their customers. They transformed what could have been a major inconvenience into a seamless experience.
