Best car repair experience I have ever had, by far! (60 yrs old) The service team is phenomenal, friendly, fast, helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. Ed was our technician and he is very knowledgeable, super nice, and completed our repairs with pit-stop speed. He even gave our old lab a couple dog treats, to be sure that we were all totally satisfied. Our alternator went out (2014 Grand Cherokee) on the way home from the lake, and we had a long drive ahead, so we were shocked and very happy that the management team and Ed took such great care of us, and got us on the road again in less than an hour. Highly impressive, an amazing and rare level of service to experience these days. They even helped keep the cost as low as possible. Well done! Thank you all!

It’d b great if they’d use current reviews and not ones that are 4 years old. The most current ones are over 4 years old. Nothing from 2015 to present. If u own a Eco diesel, do not take it here. They’ve given it back to me twice, over an 8 week period, and it still isn’t running.

Two weeks ago, I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service at the Stillwater location, and I was informed by Rae that I need new brakes and rotors as soon as possible. I told her I will be back in about a week or two to have them replaced. A few days later I hit a large pothole and one of the brake pads fell out and it started to grind on the metal and the noise was horrific. Therefore, I drove the vehicle right to the Stillwater dealership, and Dustin the head service advisor greeted me upon arrival, and I informed him of my recent situation, and he was able to get it in immediately for service and the brakes and rotors were replaced and the vehicle was ready for pick-up the next morning. I must admit in the past there were some issues with turning vehicles around in a timely manner. However, that no longer is the case! I want to acknowledge Jeff the technician for doing an awesome brake job along with Dustin for the excellent customer service experience.

Great service once again. Had a small thing I needed looked at on my vehicle I bought in November. Contacted Bob who was my sales guy and he responded right away. Arrived at Harry Browns and Bob within minutes took care of it for me. Everyone here has such a positive attitude!

Had our Jeep towed to Juettners on July20, 2023. It had under carriage damage from hitting a piece of concrete in the road. It sat there for two weeks before they put it on the rack to estimate the damage. In the mean time, we had to rent a car from July 21 to the date it was finally fixed, August 30, 2023. At almost $100 a day for the rental, we paid almost as much for the rental as the repair bill. Two weeks of that rental bill, Juettners didn’t even bother to look at the vehicle. The level of incompetence is mind boggling. They take no responsibility for what other body and service shops know is the standard operating process. Juetners should be ashamed of their methods of operation, but apparently they are not competent enough to know better. Shameful place of business.

I have done business with them for many years. Always treated with great respect. They treat you as if they have known you for a long time. Pricing on everything I have purchased was fair. I don't like doing business with the big dealers sales people as they don't know anything other than the spiel that corporate supplies them, Kelley's gets to know you before they deal with you, Great people to deal with and the small town dealership is unbeatable.
