My wife & I moved to the area 6 years ago with a 8 year old jeep commander which is now 13 years old. Over the years and miles, this dealership has been our go to service center to keep old betsy rolling. QuickLane oil changes with a staff second to none and a repair department that has done a remarkable job. They have provided diagnosis of problems which were estimated in cost & time and then did the repairs required. We couldn't ask for better service. Always treated with respect and the costs have been reasonable. We strongly recommend Webber Motors because in our opinion they are the best.
Had a bad day at Adamson motors Friday. Take my car there... - duanewrich
Had a bad day at Adamson motors Friday. Take my car there for everthing, at each oil change the bring that stupid sheet of paper acting like they look at your car. Well let me tell you i had oil change just 2000k miles ago, my tire keep losing air so seeing i bought them there i would have them check, come out to tell me i need new tires which by the way will have no warranty because of alignment problem, they said it looks like 5000k wear to get that bad, so why did they not notice it at oil change. Went to discount tires never again at Adamson motor, wish i would have bought my new truck elsewhere now.

The service department at Austin Ford is great! I totally trust their advice and the work done. I was in for an oil change, and they told me I needed tires. They showed me what was wrong, and helped me to pick out the best tires for my car.

Dealer diagnosed problem but parts have been extremely slow in coming. Dodge should be able to get parts shipped faster. Already have been waiting a month
Terrible customer service. - griffmtka
Made the mistake of buying a second vehicle from this dealership. I should have learned my lesson on the first. After first trying to blow me off on the phone concerning a minor 10 minute service issue, they said they could get me scheduled in about 20 days. In the past, their primary focus seemed to be on gouging their customers. Nothing has changed.

Do not go here for service!
I could have probably avoided additional damage and a huge repair bill if they had found what the real problem was.
They do not know what to look for or listen to what I explained.
I went in with grinding noise coming from the back end of the vehicle. They drove it and decided it was a front wheel bearing and replaced that. They said the noise from the back end was just tire noise. I didn't think that was right, but thought they would know more about the vehicle than I did. Wrong!! Two weeks later my truck broke down in the middle of an out of state move with a blown rear axil seal, rear bearing damage, the entire rear differential damaged and needed to replace it. After replacing that in the middle of Iowa the truck no longer has the "TIRE NOISE" they used as an excuse. I'm not even sure if they even looked at the back end of the vehicle (where I told them to look) because the repair shop I was stuck at said this problem should have been obvious if it had been checked.
Out of town tire blow out - Joe C
My wife had a screw in a tire on my 2017 Pacifica when she was 9 hours from home. She brought the car to Bemidji Chrysler Center. Josh helped her get the tire plugged and put back on. They took the spare off, deflated it and put it back in the storage place. The service she got was beyond my imagination.

I purchased a 2005 F-150 in 2002, along with an extended warranty, from Cloquet Ford and Chrysler. The warranty cost $1300. Great truck with no problems until last month, when there was a minor problem with the headlights. I took it in and had the problem diagnosed as something wrong with a module associated with the lights. When I presented my extended warranty paperwork, I was taken to an employee's office and politely told the warranty was worthless because that company had gone under. The employee gave me an 800 number (which I called while in his office and was immediately put on hold) and also told to contact a dealer in Moose Lake whom was familiar with the situation. I paid the $143 diagnosis cost and left. It is neither my fault or that of Cloquet Ford that the warranty company went under. However, it would have been nice if they would have cut me a break on the diagnosis fee. I don't see their action as a good business practice.
Coon Rapids Chrysler Service department is totally... - mwnskn
Coon Rapids Chrysler Service department is totally incompent, lazy, and liars. Incompent mechanics and worthless mgmt. Go elsewhere and dont get cheated. I brought my car in three times for coolant leak and they wanted almost $800 to replace a perfectly good water pump. Mechanics too lazy to identify real issue and mgmt to dumb to admit it.
Vehicle returned broken & incomplete - Bryce M
I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership at all costs. Our Jeep was back 5 times here due to improperly being diagnosed or repaired correctly. The original concern was for a power steering wheel failure. It was originally fixed but not programmed which lead to 4 more come back instances for broken parts or harnesses not being installed correctly causing the airbag sensors to fail. While there for repairs the last time we visited, we were never called or updated for over a week. If you enjoy being left in the dark and lied to about your vehicles findings, look no further. The last visit resulted in being told our Jeep was damaged previously, and that "there was no way to tell there was damage without removing the headlights" followed by "there are parts missing behind your bumper"
The photos speak for themselves. Not only was the headlight completely hacked together and shows very obvious modifications and non standard Jeep parts, but there were also clips and bolts missing from putting it back together. If you enjoy cracked bumpers and trim panels hanging off your car as you drive home after going here and then being told "this is how it was when it came in" this is a perfect dealership for you. I feel bad for everyone who visits this place. It's a disaster and an embarrassment to anyone who has to deal with the lack of respect and attention to detail when getting service work done.
