Never take your car to this place and I would also suggest never buying a Hyundai. It was like pulling teeth with these people to do anything. They did not call me when my car was towed to their place, it took me calling multiple times for them to finally start processing for them to fix my engine, they constantly did not do what they said they were going to do, they were extremely slow with everything, and also gave me my car back with damages that were not there prior to bringing my car in, that created more problems.They claim because they were working on that part of the car they are not responsible for the issues that happen with the other part of my car while it was on their property. The worst dealership I have every had to go to.

Very surprised at the unprofessional way the service department operates. Had several problems with repairs and was treated very poorly by service manager.. Highly recommend going to another Hyundai dealership.

Do NOT trust these people! They sold us a car where we had to get a new battery for it a month into having it. We have had severe problems out of it since then including the engine and you have to go through everyone in the place to get any information and it still is not what you want to hear. I can not trust anyone up there. One person tells you oh yeah it only had one quart of oil in it while another tells you it was full. But you know there was only 3 quarts in there out of 5. They do not like to help you unless you want to pay out of pocket even though you are on warranty. Can’t even count how many times we have been on the lot to talk to these people to get things done and they still don’t even though they say yeah we got it it done or are about to. Had an appointment for my car to be the first one looked at one morning yet it wasn’t looked at until after 12pm after we kept calling to see if they have looked at it. It’s stupid how much crap someone has to go through and the lies you have to listen to from so many people.

They can not repair the Hyndai they sold - jlittleton
They have been "fixing" my vehicle for 8 weeks! It started as an air conditioner problem, and then we were told 3 weeks ago that it is now a transmission problem. They have NEVER contacted us, they have never offered to give us another vehicle to use as the "fix" ours, they have never ordered the first part to fix it. We were told today that they haven't ordered a part! I'm at a loss because we purchased the vehicle new from this place! Why can you not fix a vehicle you sale? I so wanted to purchase the new Santa Fe, but I have lost all faith in Hyndai now.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. They don't care about their customers. *IF* I purchase another Hyundai, it will not be from this dealership. The sales department lies and the service department doesn't give a crap if they service your car or not. Make an appointment for an oil change??? Petro and Vardaman don't do that...
