I love my new Fiat - Clare8160
We hadn’t purchased a new car since 1997, always pre-owned. But after a bad experienced with a pre-owned Nissan, I decided it’s time to try a new one and I had always liked the little Fiats. Before going in, I asked the guys at our Firestone about the Fiat and the reply was “we don’t get many of those in here”. That told me a lot, that maybe they don’t break down easily.
I decided on a 2017 blue Fiat with a sun roof. It is very cute and fun to drive. After a minor incident (user error) I emailed Coorey for some feedback.
He responded within the hour and confirmed my opinion that I was not used to such a small car. That said, if you drive one, be cognizant of the smaller space between the brake and gas pedals and that’s all I’m going to say about that!
The most shocking and pleasant thing about buying this car was that my insurance went DOWN for the exact coverage we carried on my previous 2012 Nissan.
Also, I have yet to fill the tank and we’re going on a week since finalizing the purchase. What is more, my husband can be a real jerk to car salesmen but Coorey and John were true professionals and the car buying experience ended up being one of the calmest, easiest experiences we’ve ever had. I do recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great small car or a mid-life crisis car like the Alfa Romeo Julia.

LouAnn is the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. She listened to what I had to say and I never felt pressured. This was the easiest new care transaction I have ever made. I definitely recommend her and the dealership!
New Fiat Purchase - Philip Richardson
A pleasant experience for a process that can be stressful at the best of times. We decided to purchase a new Fiat 500 from Corwin Auto of Springfield and were afforded a courteous and friendly experience from all we came into contact with. At no time did we feel pressured and felt we got a good deal with our purchase. Our sales associate was a pleasant young man by the name of John Gosa who did his best to make the buying experience as pleasant and as easy as possible. We would purchase a vehicle again from Corwin and recommend them for being a dealership with integrity and fairness.
Disappointing waste of time - shaun500
I began communication with this dealer (Dominic Jarrett) on 08/27/2015. I admitted fully that I had terrible credit. When I say terrible, I mean terrible. Some of it is my fault I readily admit, other entries are not and I am disputing them. This is neither here nor there. So the only way that I could get a loan was with Credit Acceptance Corp which is their Guaranteed Finance Lender. So the car they wanted to put me in was a 2009 Chevy Impala for $11,318 with 106,603 miles on it. I really didn't want that car so I located another in their inventory which was a 2012 Chrysler 200 with less than 100,000 miles on it. It was cheaper at $10,990. At this point, I was told that the down payment would increase to 3000.00 instead of 2500.00 which I questioned although no one could come up with a clear answer as to why. It logically doesn't make sense unless they increased the price of the car. OK, so I was going to try to swing that. After getting all of the required documents that the lender required which is ALOT, and after spending over 1000.00 on insurance to get the required amount of coverage that CAC required, I was ready to head to the dealership. I was never told that I would need this down payment in CASH. Who the xxxx carries 3000.00 dollars in cash and I was already short of that amount due to buying the insurance. The banks are closed and there is no way that I could get them 3000.00 in CASH even on a normal day because I don't have a traditional bank account. I've found it easier and cheaper to use a online bank through my school. There a daily limits on transactions on this account for security reasons and there would be no way that I could run this card for 3000.00. Not even for 2500.00 (even though I have more than that in my account). I've never heard of a dealer not taking a paper check. Now it's fine that they don't. That is their right, but if I had a 750 FICO, I guarantee they would have. The issue is that while they were busy figuring out how to extract more money from me because I wanted a cheaper, newer car with less miles on it and sending me all of the requirements that this lender has (which stops short of a DNA sample) they could have prepared me that I would need CASH. I might have been able to work something out. Now, the banks are closed and I've wasted almost 3 days. I do have a great job and I make plenty of money. Yes, I made VERY BAD decisions relative to my credit. I am paying for those mistakes. I cannot get traditional financing, high interest rates and being treated like a second-class customer from this dealer as though my word is not to be trusted even though they requested up to the minute bank balances. In short, NEXT TIME, BE UPFRONT WITH PEOPLE TO SAVE THEM FROM WASTING TIME. You also notice that NO ONE from the dealership has responded to these reviews.
Liars and idiots - Jim
Put $2000. Down on used car 2013 Honda Accord their price of $18000.00 They called back later and said engine was bad and they couldn't sell me the car. And would refund my money. 2 days later car is for sell again for $20700. And after I call them on it they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. It's clear to me what happened but it doesn't matter now because I would rather pay more somewhere else than dealing with this bunch ever. Ps Kevin the owner of dealership should know about what's going on
