I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I - Amber81

I only went to the dealership because my key broke and I needed a new key made, I tried all the locksmiths and nobody could help me, however, even though the dealership was able to make me a key, they also charged me $91 for the key, and mind you this is a simple key, no key fob or nothing like that, and failed to let me know that I could program it myself, and was going to charge me to program it. I was going to have to pay a tow truck to tow my car to the dealership to program this key that I programmed myself after looking on the internet. And I found out that Ace Hardware would have made my key for $30 after I had already had it made. I will never go back to this dealership again! Sad sad world we live in.

Found car I was interested in online and in the process was contacted by Steph who got process started and turned it over to Garett and by the time I visited dealership everything was ready to close deal and sign papers. They delivered vehicle to me. Everybody was pleasant and helpful through entire experience. Would recommend the Randy Curnow Auto Group for anyone.

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time dor the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today - Diedrichjohn

Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today 10/26/22. We had the front drive shaft on our 2018 Buick TourX drop loose. Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us! Thank you Hulett Buick for being so nice and your expertise in fixing our Buick TourX! Diedrich & Connie Friedl Solon, IA

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this - Newcar#25&26douginkc

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this purchase of a 2025 Eray and working with Dustin Bailey is one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a new car. He is extremely knowledgeable. I know the owner personally and he is super likeable person as well and very honest which you can see carries over to his team. The signing process was also extremely easy as well working with Mandy Morris. I can't say enough great things about all of them but Dustin was the absolute best experience. Doug Crouse

This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in... - Landon_fisher

This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didn't owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in law's home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didn't have this issue prior to my vehicle being "repaired" which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. I was informed that they couldn't find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. I'm hoping I don't have any further issues that I have to use them for. Update 1-11-2021 I called the dealership back on January 5th very irrate that the leak still wasn't fixed. I was finally offered a loaner car while they attempted to fix the leak yet again. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of January 6th for them to work on it. I received my car back on the 7th as it was returned to me at my job. Which brings us to today. I filled up my tank and come to find out that my gas gauge is now wildly in accurate as when I go up an incline I had a reading of 3/4's full even though I literally filled up. No noticeable leaks were seen so I can only guess it's the fuel gauge. I took videos on the way home to document what I could and then documented it parked in my driveway to which the tank slowly and magically refilled itself slowly. Honestly I'm afraid to take my car back because I don't know what the next thing is that they will mess up while trying to fix one of their other mistakes.
