Exceptional Out-of-Town Buying Experience! We had a fantastic experience purchasing our vehicle from Mungenast Lexus. Since we were buying from out of town, the team went completely out of their way to send us detailed information and pictures before we even arrived. The moment we walked into their beautiful lobby, we were greeted warmly at the front desk with cold water on a hot day. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process. Our sales team, Nick and Aidan, were phenomenal and made negotiations smooth and incredibly quick. They even gave us a tour of their awesome facility! Bric in the finance department was equally amazing and efficient. To top it all off, our car was presented to us with a bow, and the staff took the time to walk us through every single feature. They even called a couple of days later to follow up and see how we were doing. By the time we left the dealership, we truly felt like a part of the Mungenast family. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!
