Dishion Robinson always greet me with a smile. The most important thing that he does is he’s always helpful with making sure I understand all the functions of my car. He always take my calls when I call about a light coming on in the car and explaining to me what that light mean. When I can’t program my radio, he walks me through it over the phone. Make sure when I get my car washed, my wheels are shining. Love his personality and his beautiful smile!!

Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

I took my car in for service on 7/14/15 got a call back and was told it would not be ready till the 16th. I told them that i could not get my car on that day because i was going out of town. I was told don't worry about it just pick it up when you get back in town. I was told my car would be secured. when i go to pick my car up on the 20th my car was broken into. They told me it would all be fixed. I didn't get my car back till the 25th and it was still not right. The driver door had paint damage to it and when they put in the new window the door panel was also damaged. There was water in my car from when it rained the night my car was broken to. The service manger Justin Ayers told me that if the car had more than a broken window that it would be my insurance that would have to fix it. Also the day i went to pick up my car i noticed that my driver side wheels had be damaged. I was told to come back on monday and talk to Justin Ayers. He told me that they would take care of everything.
I took my car back to them on the 3rd of Aug. I got a call on the 5th saying my car was ready. When i got their the door panel was not fixed and the out side paint had not been fied also. The wheels where never touched. I was told be Justin Ayers that they had tried to fix them. When i asked to speak to to Justin he had already gone home for the day at 3 in the afternoon. I asked to speak to the GM Ken Newman and told him what was going on and he call Justin. After talking to Justin and Ken they both stated that the damage to my wheels was pre-existing damage and it would not be fixed by them. I was told that i would have to buy new wheels out of my own pocket. This after i was told be Justin on 7/27/15 that Lexus would take care of it. I would not take my car to Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. They don't have cameras on the outside of the building and don't pay anybody to secure their parking lot at night.

First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive.
Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. This dealership service Department does not back the products or service they provide. They installed very expensive highend Goodyear tires on our Ford Lightning Truck in 8/2010 (14000 miles ago). They charged full price for a tire made in 2004, 2006 and 2 from 2008. In November 2012 the 2004 tire went flat and was unfixable due to it splitting inside (old tire). Thoroughbred ford just sent us off to Goodyear to get a small credit from Goodyear, but no conessions what so ever from Thoroughbred for putting such old tires on our truck without telling us. We had to deal with Goodyear even though we bought tires from Thoroughbred. They wouldnt even put tire on without charging us. It was too bad sucker. This is second bad experience. Will not ever go here again nor will anyone we know. Who wants to buy a car at a dealership that has a service department like this. That do not care about customer satisfaction. Other reputable dealerships and tire dealers do not put tires on vehicles if the tire is over 2 years old. The KC Stareven had an article about this in todays paper in Automotive. Oh and by the way it took 3 weeks to even get the one new tire with the credit (1/3 off new price).
