Owner Dan Klot is liar, a cheat and a thief. He prays on people in difficult situations. I recommend never purchasing from him and do not take your vehicle to him for repairs. He had my Audi for 10 months and although he eventually repaired what it went to him for he created more issues with the vehicle which caused it to run horribly. I ended up selling it to him for $1,000 just to get rid of it. He just listed the vehicle for $6500. He promises repairs his mechanics are NOT qualified to make. This guy is a snake! He is a narcissist! Any business done with Klott is making a deal with the devil. Hopefully one day he reaps what he has sowed

This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. These folks are not honest with us about the car. They suggest getting a warranty, so they don’t have to be responsible for their dishonesty, Do not buy from them. We bought a car in May from them which has broken down 3 times on the side of the road now. We had the warranty , but have had to spend thousands of dollars towing the car. The car is still not fixed. It is a lemon. We have taken it to Subaru multiple times and the car continues to break down. We tried to reach out to the owners multiple times. The owner refuses to speak to me because my name is not on the car, even though I paid for the car. The owner refuses to refund any money or compensate us for the thousands of dollars on hotels and towing the car. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I would not suggest to anyone to buy a car from Katy Motors. One excuse Brian gave me was that his mother was dying and he was busy. My mother is actually dying as well and I have not been able to be by her side because we have a broken down car. Brian didn’t seem to care about that, only that he doesn’t want to be responsible for his dishonesty- so he gives tons of excuses. Do not buy a car here!!

About a month ago I was looking for used trucks and was able to find one at Lane 1 Motors. I gave the staff a call before to let them know I was interested and wanted to take it on a possible test drive. When I pulled up they had the truck completely cleaned out and doors open sitting in the front of the lot ready for me. Hakim and his staff do an unbelievable job greeting you and are prepared for whatever questions you may have about the vehicle. We were able to work out a deal on the truck in a short time period and I ended up driving away with it the very next day. If you are looking for a used or newer vehicle this would 100% be the place I recommend. Hakim and his staff will treat you right, make you feel at home, and will give you the best deals around when it comes to warranties. I was extremely impressed with how Hakim and Lane 1 Motors operates and I would highly suggest going over there and at least having a conversation with these fine people about vehicles. Thanks Hakim! Absolutely love the truck!

I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering RP Exotics read this before proceeding. I went through RP Exotics to purchase my first exotic vehicle. I purchased the car from the state of Washington, but had Parker review the deal, as at the time he was the only person I trusted in the car business. He suggested using a business open-ended lease structure to “save money” and referred me to a lender he stated he had worked with many times, with RP Exotics handling the vehicle registration. Approximately nine months later, when I sold the vehicle, I learned that $55,000 was applied against me as a residual by the lender they referred me to. When I asked the lender for an explanation of how this amount was calculated, I was told the details were proprietary and would not be provided. I also had questions regarding certain registration-related amounts, but was unable to get clear answers about how those were handled. When I raised these concerns with Parker, his response was that it was surprising and that I should consult a lawyer. After that, I attempted to get clarification on several outstanding & important questions, but many messages went either completely unanswered (but still opened), and the responses I did receive did not provide meaningful clarity. Throughout this situation, I did not receive an apology, explanation, or effort to help resolve the issue beyond the suggestion to involve legal counsel and one phone call he made to the lender. Based on my experience, I would HIGHLY advise having independent legal and financial review if you choose to do business here as this has been, by a very long shot, the worst car buying and selling experience of my life, and heavily regret doing business with them.

My brother purchased a used vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no prior damage or body work. This assurance was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle. Recently, he noticed the front bumper pops out while driving at highway speeds. Concerned, he took the car to a certified Kia dealership for inspection. Their technicians informed him that they would not repair the bumper under warranty because there is evidence of previous body work—work that he never authorized or had done. When he returned to AutoCenters Nissan to inform them of this and request that they cover the cost to fix the bumper, they refused to take responsibility, stating it is no longer their problem. This is despite the fact that he was sold the vehicle under the representation that it had no body damage or repairs.

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW iX5 from Autohaus of Clayton BMW in April 2019. We brought it in for an oil change in August. In September, my wife found the lower side panel of the drivers door was broken. I called the dealership and was connected to Mike Crader with the service department. We set up a time to have the mechanics check out the issue. Mike was very helpful and even when I mentioned a couple of trim tabs on the center dash were missing (I have no idea why and didn't notice before we purchased). Mike ordered replacements for those as well. A week later Mike called, got me in right away (I think he squeezed me in since I was off work the next day) and took care of everything. I and my wife are very happy! I thought this was going to be a huge hassle. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Crader is awesome and really makes Autohaus of Clayton's customers his top priority!
