I have had nothing but issues with the EXTREMELY unprofessional service department. My certified 2017 civic has put my life in danger multiple times in the first year and the service staff takes 0 responsibility. I had a full inspection done and not even 2 weeks later I had parts falling off my car on the interstate. They tried to say it was my fault, but I don't even drive this car because of what a nightmare it is. They refused to replace the part in question, and denied me a receipt to prove anything. I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone about taking this car back and they've all ignored me. I will never purchase another Honda, a typically great car, just because of these experiences. I would greatly appreciate if someone would just take this car back. I don't want it, I don't need it, and I don't want a replacement; just take it back.
Bait and switch! - Hilgard Peak
Salesman gave an interest rate quote on a new CR-V lease. When I went to sign the contract and take delivery the interest rate was much higher than quoted. Salesman said he had misunderstood what he was told. The finance manager of course said there was nothing he could do for us, of course not. Lesson is to never trust a car salesman and always get the numbers in writing.
