It is not very often that you can label a car dealership as having integrity and honesty. My experience with Underriner Honda and Deborah Allen was just that. My past experience with a car dealership was very negative. I had such a bad taste. That all changed when I met Deb. Everything she said was right on and the staff ensured I received the best deal. One of the best experiences I could have. I am a customer for life.
New battery and air bag replacement - Hondaloverforyears
My battery was low so stopped to have it checked. It needed replacement, and while that was being done, they also checked to see if my car was on the new list needing air bag replacement. It was, and they did it immediately. All of this was done in an hour.
Earlier in the week, I stopped to have air in tires topped off; they did it in ten minutes. Everyone is super helpful and great.
Communication Problems and Blowup, But Sincere Apology - darcybono
What started off as the worst business experience ever, has been resolved. There was some substantial communication issues stemming from a promise made by the sales rep, this was followed by a run around as far as getting an answer regarding that promise, and finished with an angry conversation with the manager. HOWEVER, I came in to cash in on a promotional flyer for which I had won a prize, and the manager personally sat down with me and apologized for our previous encounter and the frustration we had been through. Overall, it was a rough first experience but in the end turned out okay.

I have worked with this dealership twice now for my own vehicles and another time to purchase a car for my Mom. I have always been treated royally. The staff call me by name and I cannot say enough about the personalized service I receive from Chad Marriage. He noted my preferences and contacted me as soon as he had the exact car I needed. The paperwork flowed quickly and easily and my car was beautiful when it was turned over to me. I no longer dread working with a car dealership to get a great car for me and will only go here for my future vehicle needs!
