First time dealing with gallatin Subaru on 9-5, and will never deal with that shop again. Had a recall situation on passenger airbag, and was told 2 hours. At 2 hours no call. 3 no call, 4 no call. I called at 4 hours and was told for 15 minutes by a dummy named mike that he had no paperwork on my vehicle. After finally figuring out his error, He then told me the car would be another hour before finished. This shop is unprofessional and uncaring and I was made to feel unwanted and unimportant. My advice is to find another shop. MM3 Graves USN.

I bought a new Sante Fe 2 years ago and had some warranty issues and a recall on it. I called them and asked them if they had a loaner car for me to use as iam 280 miles away and they promised me one. So I drove the drive and was thinking about trading it in skis and when I got there they had me try out the car I was thinking about purchasing,when I returned they told me that they didn't have a car to loan me and I would have to buy the one I drove. As they had me over a barrel and didn't have a choice. I declined the offer and the general manager Mr. McCarthy told the salesman to let me know to get the xxxx off of his loft and that he would not do my warranty work either. Very piss poor service and customer service

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
Volvo Service - autumn90
We had to leave our Volvo overnight after it was serviced. Our mirror and wiper cover were stolen. Service said, "What do you want us to do about it", among other comments. They were extremely rude about the whole incident. They told us the dealership doesn't have cameras and they aren't responsible for theft. I felt it was one thing to have things stolen but they were totally out of line they way they responded. We won't be back!!
