Also Russell Radcliffe from the service department helped with my platinum package was amazing and easy going. Everyone there made my stressful car buying situation as easy and smooth as possible. High pressure to purchase. Feel taken advantage of. Major problems getting a refund on extended service insurance. Will never purchase a vehicle there again. On an up note, Mark Ward in the service center is wonderful.

Worst dealership ever! - amygreving

Worst dealership ever!! Ordered a brand new Yukon Denali in January of 2022 with absolutely no contact from the dealership even though we left messages with the salesman for updates. Continuously saw new vehicles, just like the one we ordered, drive off the lot. Decided to go to a different dealership in January of 2023 and as of today 4/1/23 our new Yukon is getting ready to be shipped to the new dealership. Will NEVER go to Dinsdales for anything ever again!!
