The first staff I spoke with at Gorges Volvo Cars set in motion the most amazing out come for me as a Volvo owner on the road 2000miles from home. Service Advisor Cory Leming listened to my needs. Then Cody in the parts dept. confirmed the part in stock. Gave a price quote & put my name on it. Cory then scheduled me for a tech inspection to verify failing part . I needed to be there by 4:00 pm. I arrived at 4:40 Cory checked with technical staff in service. With in 15 minutes the diagnosis was verify &the new part was installed. Car was test driven and parked ready for pick up.5:12 pm. I was over the moon. The staff are super hero’s in my book. All very courteous, well spoken. I highly recommend them if you have any needs with your VOLVO of any age. Many thanks to all. Marsha Novak
