I've a long time customer of this dealership. As a matter of fact, I feel like these folks are my relatives already. From Sales all the way to Service and Parts, they are just super !!! Was sad that Tom (former salesguy) left but Chester is excellent. He knew how I like the car process to go - swift and painless. Can't leave out the best service crew especially Steven Ali ... takes good care of me ! Anthony who showed me the features of my new car and Travis , manager- friendly and made me feel I was at the right place :) .I could go on and on about Audi LV but one word ... awesome !!!!

I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
