I recently purchased my first Audi, this was a huge deal... - garciajessica422
I recently purchased my first Audi, this was a huge deal for me because I've always had BMW's and leased cars my whole life. Until I met Tina. She was my sales girl and right from the start she went above and beyond. She was very professional and very engaged with me the entire time. She made my experience an unforgettable one. Tina's passion for Audi and knowledge inspired me to buy my first car. Petar the GM was also a part of this great experience, they both gave amazing customer service and he even helped to make sure my lease term with BMW was taken care of. He did a follow up the next day to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you are looking for a car or just shopping around stop by Henderson Audi. You'll see what I'm talking about, you're welcome in advance.
Got a flat tire, no big deal except when I opened the key... - Crane
Got a flat tire, no big deal except when I opened the key box for the tire it was empty. So at 6 months pregnant I had to keep adding air to the tire until I could get into the closest tire repair shop. They couldn't get the tire off without the key. I went to Audi to get a replacement and the service tech Erik said he can't give me one without the car there. I tried explaining that I can't drive the car because I can't get a spare on because they didn't put the key in the box and he literally just shrugged and said sorry there is nothing I can do. I got frustrated with him being out in the summer heat all day and 6 months pregnant trying to deal with this issue and he gave me his supervisors card and said we were done talking. So basically screw me. I called the other Audi dealership in town and they were able to look up my vin number and get me the key.
I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. ... - foxtahoe
I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
