I’ve owned many different brands of automobiles and Audi is by far my favorite brand. I recently relocated to Nevada and purchased a new Q3 from Audi Las Vegas on Sahara. My 1st service appointment was seamless. They provided a loaner vehicle and the service was excellent. I had no complaints about the car and the way it performed and drove in the first year but upon driving the car afterwards, I noticed how much better it drove after an alignment and other normal adjustment and updates were made by the service team. I love this dealership

I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
