Excellent Overall Experience, Top-notch Service - hawkman
After debating between a BMW X3 and an Audi Q5, I decided to purchase the Q5 at Audi of Henderson. Salesperson Joe Sirna was knowledgeable and had a no-pressure-sale attitude. A year later I also purchased a Q7.
Top-notch service, when visiting the Service Department I am usually greeted by a representative opening the door for me and offering a bottle water for my refreshment.

I was there to get an oil change for my Audi Q7. After waiting for over 2 hours, they said that they also did a car wash, but they lied. When I checked the condition of my car, the car was not washed AT ALL. Never want to go again. Service was terrible.

I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
