Deceptive Sales Practices - SunnyBuck1296
After contacting Berlin City on an Email for an Upgrade and finding a Truck to Test Drive I was not contacted until multiple emails were sent I was told by Ashley that the Test Drive that I scheduled was set for the day that I requested. I received an email to confirm from the Sales Manager Sam so I confirmed that I was coming to test drive the specific vehicle that I requested and after that on the way there which is 50 miles 1 way and over 1 hour away. Soon after My email to confirm My test drive I received a call from Ashley to tell Me the Truck was no longer available and that they had the same Truck in the same price range so when I arrived they tried to sell Me a Truck that I did not want a Bait and Switch. After the GM of Berlin City (Chad) left the Dealership has gone downhill. Very Deceptive Sales Practice Stay away
Stephanie Parker - PaulaB.
I purchased my first Cadillac almost a year ago. I have worked with Stephanie Parker at each of my service visits. She is professional, personable and assists me in everything I need. Every time I have gone to the dealership for service I wait for or ask for Stephanie. I feel like I am good hands.
High Pleasurable Purchase Experience - ed2017encore
I have purchased just about all of my new cars from the Quirk Automotive Group. Previously Fords, this time a Buick. My salesman was Zack Josephs and the business manager we Ryan Boulter. I found Zack and the dealership in general a pleasure to do business with from initial negotiations to final delivery maintaining the high standards that I have experienced with Quirk in the past. I would highly recommend my salesman and the dealership....Ed.
Car won't pass inspection - Djames72
I bought a Chevy traverse with very low miles. Drove it home and a week later check engine light came on. Called on star - got the code and called the service dept since the car had a 90 day warranty. Brought car in and waited two weeks to get it back. Got the car home - check engine light came back on. Called multiple times and got the run around. Finally after begging and calling they took it in. They had the car for a month- report they did extensive work. Got the car home and check engine light popped back on. Brought it in again. They code read different but they said it was directly related to the original problem. They said since the warranty was expired we needed to call and plead with them to cover the repairs. They told us the language to use to ensure the warranty would cover it, since the problem was sorcery related to the initial issues with the vehicle. We called the warranty company and got denied. We aren't mechanics and probably did not do so hot explaining the issues. We called the general manager who basically said "hey you didn't know the car had issues and we didn't either - you got a bad car that's not our issue"
I explained to him consumers rifhts state a car needs to be inspection worthy when sold or needs To be sold as is. He said "were not fixing it -too bad" so here we are with a $27000 loan and now $2000+ of more repairs. Who knows what will be next! I encourage everyone to call the NH auto dealer association about the issues you have had and call the attorney generals office. 603-224-2369 these people are repeated offenders and need to be stopped! They will lie, sell junk and if they tell you they fixed something it is a lie!
Run away and buy elsewhere - angry customer
This dealership by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle and went to buy it out. They said "you have to come in for the paperwork" I've never heard of that before. I went in for the "inspection" and they wouldn't provide me the paperwork. They lied to me about how I had to finance with them after I was already approved at my bank. They sat down and lied straight to my face. I would never buy a vehicle here again and I strongly recommend that no one buy a vehicle from them.

Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris... - Lyndonws
Here’s my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris from them during August 2013.
I overpaid for my car between $500-1,000 for a pre-owned, recertified Yaris with same options and condition per www.KBB.com.
Dealer used ‘Bait-n-Switch’ tactics with aftermarket part installation (ie: installing cruise control at $500 cost to them, but only dropped price by $200 when I tried to change my mind about installation). They also told me that the price couldn’t come down because they were putting new tires on the car. From my perspective that would have been something accounted for in the trade-in value they gave to the previous owner.
Dealership kept my car for days to install cruise, but when I picked it up cruise was not installed. It became my problem to work it out with the service department and drive it to their sister dealership for installation. What were they doing with my car for half a week??
Financing was a SCAM. They tried to slide me into a 6.915% interest loan when I knew my credit score was almost 700. They told me “it’s just a few more dollars”. It actually equated to $20/mo more for 72 months ($1,440 extra in payments!). A few months before my wife and I had purchased a 2009 Chevy Cobalt elsewhere and received a 2.99% loan instantly from a local credit union through a dealer.
Next, as a tired and worn down customer, I signed paperwork too quickly. A big mistake! The next day I found I was financing optional Gap Insurance of $650. I had it removed, but then they added non-optional Single-Interest Insurance of $65, stating that the lender required it (verified its validity with the lender, but my auto insurer had never heard of such a thing).
Overall, don’t go to this dealership unless you’re armed with your own financing, and don’t let them know you already have financing until you’ve negotiated the price. On second thought …just don’t go there.
I am a loyal GM Driver yet I take my vehicles for service... - ffemtp14
I am a loyal GM Driver yet I take my vehicles for service (other than warranty stuff) to this Buick dealertship due to the excellence of their service department. Greg's oustanding knowledge of vehicles and his professional approach to customers, along with the workmanship of the mechanics, makes me feel satisfied and I never get the feeling I have been cheated, which is the reason I return time and time again and also refer this service department to my friends.
Sales without service - 2014 Sierra
I experienced a bait and switch style sales pitch, but relented just to get the purchase done with. afterwards the service department was unable to resolve an issue. I scheduled an oil change and as I left, spilt oil was burning off of the exhaust. A trip to another dealership resolved the afore mentioned issue in 20 minutes. Profile GMC is just in it for the Buck! How General Motors can allow them to act as a representative, Is beyond my comprehension. OHHH I said it myself....
It's an ACT!
