To say that Phil, Chris and Lara went above and beyond would be an understatement. Take one buyer who couldn't pick a car, add in negative equity on a trade (my fault, they were generous), and you get one customer who was simply blown away by the responsiveness, patience, professionalism and results that this dealership team produced. The gorgeous Alfa Romeos bring you through the door, but the level of service and attention is unlike anything I have experienced at a BMW or Audi dealer. Thinking about the Maserati brand as amongst the finest in the world, maybe Alfa Romeo buyers at this dealership are simply the beneficiaries of Maserati level service (they sell those too) or maybe Alfa Romeo simply sets a new standard. Needless to say, the vehicles drive beautifully, the styling is unique and engaging, and I am just thrilled with my Stelvio, but the funny thing is that I am focused on the positive car buying experience above all else. Thank you all! You worked harder than you should have had to for me!

I am reading all these glowing reviews and can’t believe they are for the same dealership. I found a pre owned 2019 Acura MDX on cars.com on Sunday 09/11/2022 listed on the site for $30194. I verified the price on the dealers own website the same day, I should have screen shot the listing but I will get to that later. I emailed the dealer about it on Monday 09/12/2022 around 0815. I received a pre formatted response that the dealership was closed (understandably) but that someone would contact me shortly. After not hearing from them I sent a follow up email at 11:51. I received a reply at 11:59 stating that they had tried to reach me on the phone number I had inputted into my original request. It turns out I had mistakenly typed a wrong digit via email. 100% my fault! I clarified the correct number via email at 12:19 and received a response back at 2:58 that someone would be calling me back shortly. At 5:07 I sent one final email after not receiving a call back that has still gone unanswered as of 09/13/2022 @ 10:11.
09/13/2022-In the interim I decided to call the dealer directly when they opened at 9:00. At 9:27 I spoke with a saleswoman Jennifer who stated they only had two MDX’s in stock and one was 32991 and the other was 35991. I assumed that the one I was interested in had sold but just wanted to confirm the stock number. Jesse confirmed that the vehicle I had seen listed for 30194 yesterday was now the one listed at 32991 due to “market conditions”. She stated she would check with the sales manager and get back to me. So far no response as of 10:30. Will update when possible.
I have bought at least 10 cars/motorcycles for personal use. I have never had to work so hard to get a dealer to respond to a sales look inquiry.
09/13/2022-Salesperson Liz returned my prior message. She stated she worked in concert with Jesse and would assist me with the purchase. I asked again would they honor the original price when we began communication. She stated “I will bring your offer to my sales manager get and let you know”. About an hour or so later she returned my call and stated “ my sales manager said the car is not mechanically sound and will be wholesaled. We are going to remove the listing and not sell the car”. As of writing this on 09/14/2022 @ 9:23AM the vehicle is still listed for sale on their page.
