My service advisor, Bob Forrest, is truly an exceptional individual. He’s consistently on point with what’s needed, prices everything reasonably, and my vehicle is always ready when promised. Bob maintains constant communication—whether it’s by text, email, or a phone call—so I never have to wonder what’s going on. My mind is always at ease.
One standout example: I had a transmission issue with my Infiniti. The Infiniti dealership seemed more focused on the cost than on actually helping me—even though I had an extended warranty. Bob stepped in, arranged to pick up the vehicle from that dealership, handled everything from start to finish, and got it done quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
This is the kind of representative I want to do business with.
A little backstory: I’m retired now, but I previously served as General Manager of multiple new car dealerships, including a Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram franchise. If I were still in the business, I would have made Bob an offer to become a Service Manager—and eventually a Service Director. That’s how impressed I am with him.
I can only assume the dealer group he works for understands his worth and value. They’re lucky to have him—and so are the customers.
