They sold me a KIA Soul that had many problems, and solving each one was a terrible experience, going back and forth countless times. Six times to solve a simple problem: a gas leak with the AC, and I really don't know if it's been resolved. They gave me the vehicle with only one key. I've gone back many times, and six months later, they won't give me the second key and only give excuses. They also sold me the car with a defective battery and now they want to sell me a new battery for $444.04. And the rudeness I suffered from the manager is beyond words.

I visited this dealership to have new tires put on my car and it was a headache from start to finish. Already experiencing issues with the tires and they are brand new! Also, don't bother leaving a message for the service manager because he doesn't return phone calls (this is nothing new at either Ramsey Nissan or Infiniti). Based on my experience, it's safe to say this will be my first and last time owning an Infiniti and maybe even a Nissan.

I have the car oil change service before maturity date of 3 years lease. when I leased a car, I was explained (and the car sticker said) that i have complimentary, no charge, service up to 3 years of my lease. Today, unexpectedly, I paid the oil change charges because in reality I have just 3 oil changes complimentary for the 4th I am supposed to pay, as I was explained today. Previously, when I brought my car, it was cleaned and washed, today I got my car dirty, NO car wash. So, service at this dealership becomes worse and worse. I do not think I will deal with that dealership once again

They took my car to a third party without my authorization for an oil change / tire rotation & then they tried to charge me twice for their fees along with the third party fees! I never had this issue when it was “Boardwalk Acura”

Terrible experience! There were charges on the bill that made no sense but my SUV was serviced quickly. They couldn’t get the bill out and couldn’t find my keys. If this is new management I can’t imagine it is better than before. I noticed this dealership is always under new management. They have implemented new changes but it doesn’t seem better! I was going to purchase a new Santa Fe but I fear getting it serviced here.

The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call costumer service is anything but that, they never pickup the phone, there is no follow up courtesy calls. In my case i call the dealer 12 times in one day with no answer. I even spoke to the general manager at one point, same treatment no difference. The only good thing they have going is that they will pickup your vehicle from you house if need to, but other then that not worth the time and the headache.

Took truck into ciocca 7/28 for oil change and tire - MIKEFNLL

Took truck into ciocca 7/28 for oil change and tire rotate was informed they found and oil seep and would need to put die in the oil and have the truck come back in two weeks to test. Two weeks later 8/9 took truck in to check for seep they informed me it was the gasket to the oil cooler and it would be 375$ to repair, i informed Brian that I had purchased the extended warranty from ciocca with purchase of the truck, he said I'll have to call them Monday to see if the repair is covered under warranty or not. Friday 8/15 still no word from Brian I received and email from ciocca stating I declined electrical services. Tuesday 8/19 I called ciocca after waiting on the phone I was sent to Matt's voice-mail I left a voice-mail and have not received a call back. Same day Tuesday 8/19 I got a flier in the mail from ciocca saying I declined electrical service and could get 10% off my repair. This is an oil seepage I dont know how i declined electrical service for a mechanical repair. Im worried they won't stand by the warranty they sold me. 8/20 called ciocca again spoke to Bryan was told warranty never called him back he will reach back out to warranty and give me a call back. No call back 8/20. 8/24 still no call back from Bryan or ciocca. 8/25 wife went to ciocca for plates on her new car, she asked Bryan about my trucks warranty claim and was told he has to call them again he still hasn't heard back. 8/29 still never heard back from anyone. Disappointed in how this was handled after they sell you this warranty they can't get a hold of anyone to get work approved or denied kind of makes it a waste of money to even buy a warranty from them. Going to be looking into other GM dealers for the future.
