over all I was well satisfied . Andrea was a pleasant sales person. TO WORK WITH. One major problem, spoiled the sale activity. At no time were the Ford rebates provided to me,.until the sale was completed.. With out that info I feel the sale price was more then I should have paid. I bought the pickup . The service is outstanding. I have been working with Darla Marshall for more then 15 years and never had a problem with her advice. This purchase will continue our relationship

We are considering a few suvs, so went to Borman to try a few. At second blush the salesman seemed ok (after being too talkative at the outset). But then after we established which vehicle we liked the best, we began talking about trade-in value. He brought out NADA information, noting that Kelly blue book was not reliable, and noted all the minuses for our vehicle. He went to the sales manager a few times for instruction? Then he kept pushing and pushing. We said we had to leave, as being pushed is not a good sales technique for us and we assume others. When we got home, we looked up the NADA information on our own and saw that the Borman sales team had neglected all the positives for our vehicle (low mileage, some major trim upgrades, etc.) which would have resulted in a significantly higher trade-in value. So they purposely misrepresented the trade in value. In retrospect it was a negative experience with dishonest car salesmen, typical car salesman behavior?

Was told by phone slight hail damage. Discount would be 4-5 k. Later at dealership the quote was 5-6 K discount. The total amount for the car was higher than expected [was told would be $10,000 or less]. when I asked, he said the discount I was given for the hail damage was $5000.That was not true. The discount for hail damage was $3000. Still, I am satisfied with the discount. However, I am disappointed with being mislead and lied to. Discounting that, the salesman was courteous and very nice.

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.
