We have now had work done with these people twice. Once on a Hyundai Santa Fe insurance claim they took about a month to get us our car back. The work is not that great the whites are different colors. I decided to give them a second chance I went back with my new Mazda my Car needed a very specific firmware update from the factory, so no choice. I talk to Bill mast about an Apple car play firmware update. Scott had no idea what I was talking about. They scheduled me for a $70 update and was cleared on expectations. After I got a call about an hour and a half later and that it was done. I got into my car after paying $70, checked the update, wrong update. I went back in and told him, he said that’s all that was available. Scott was by and said oh yeah I know what you’re talking about and you need this and this. Told me it would be an additional $400 plus for a update. I don’t even need a new monitor. They told me it could not be done even though I’ve spoken to 4 other audio company’s that say it’s easy fix but only Mazda can do it. All I wanted was a firmware and wire installation. The dealership simply cover up Scott and bills screw up and I have not received what I was promised.

My wife and I were shopping for a safe vehicle for our daughter. I went on line to their web site to find a vehicle that i was interested in. I contacted the dealership & let them know that I would like to test drive the vehicle the next morning @ a certain time. The next day I arrived @ the dealership to be greeted with all supporting documentation on the vehicle. I did not expect that kind of treatment. To say the least, I was very pleased with their professionalism which made buying this vehicle a pleasure.

They took our trade-in car but didn't pay off the bank, now we're on the hook.
Bought a Passat traded in a Golf Wagon on May 25th. Had a very positive sales experience. Just got a call from the bank where we financed the Golf Wagon, University Volkswagen hasn't sent in the payoff check yet. Since it was a month ago and the payment is due today we owe additional money on the loan through no fault on our part. They have had our car for almost a month without paying for it.
Their first response was to apologize and assure us they will send a check with the May 25th pay-off amount immediately but we will be responsible for the additional payment. This decreases the amount we received for our car by almost $300.
We called the bank and they verified that the payoff amount has increased and if we don't pay it late charges will accrue and we will be in default of the loan.
We are waiting for a callback from University Volkswagon. I will modify the rating based on their action to resolve their error.
Other than this issue, which is a big issue, we had a stellar experience at the dealership
