My 2024 Sierra 1500 has and issue with the sound - El Jefe

My 2024 Sierra 1500 has and issue with the sound intermittently not working; I had a different dealership service department look at my truck on three different occasions, they insisted it was a software update. After repeatedly telling them it was deeper issue, they stopped communicating with me, and on that rare time they did, they were simply rude! I proceeded to take my truck to Tillery GMC in Los Lunas, I spoke with Rudy and he assured me he would find and correct the issue. He also stated that it may not be an overnight fix, so for me to be patient. Soon after I met and spoke with Fred who was also looking into the situation. After a few attempts, the issue was in fact discovered AND fixed. Throughout the entire process, both gentlemen were in constant communication with me, they kept me updated on the progress and possible timeline for a fix. The day my truck was ready, I was running late from work, Rudy stayed after closing hours to ensure I was able to pick up my truck, and he explained and went over all the work done. The staff at the Tillery Dealership Service Center in Los Lunas, particularly Rudy and Fred are two of the most professional and courteous people in the industry; I highly recommend taking your vehicle's to them if in need of highly skilled folks. Thank you gentlemen for all you do to keep us on the road... keep up the excellent work!

If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

I am not sure if this is the dealer or GMC, responsible for service cost, but it is a complete rip off to charge $ 270 to replace 2 low beam bulbs, on top of that they tried to make me spend another 3000 on different services. Watch out for this dealership

Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor - J. Chandler

Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor emergency with my GMC Sierra. It had to have been operator error, but a few miles out of Albuquerque I ran my windshield washer and noticed a light oil sheen on the lower left of the glass. I pulled into Moriarty to check to see what caused it . I discovered the oil cap was missing. I found Tillery Chevy/GMC just a few blocks away. They did not have the replacement cap and said it would be 4 days before a new one could arrive. They saw the panic on my face and offered to remove the oil cap from the same model truck on their lot. Great! They installed the cap from the other truck. I paid for one to be shipped in, and I was headed home very much appreciative of their accommodating my needs. From that experience I can say they are good people willing to help any way they can.
