This review is about phone contact with Garcia. You have to be extremely lucky to get through to someone when calling the dealership. Most of the time of the time what you hear is "All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later". This happened 26 times in a row last week, then again 2 times today. (The service that I've gotten at Garcia over the past year has been good)

Put a deposit down on a vehicle, salesman Tyler didn’t like what I had to say. Wanted to refund my deposit (because I’m pending sale to another dealer for my current vehicle, which by the way was supposed to take place this morning) I told him no, that i never asked for a refund. Clearly I want the vehicle if I put a deposit. Asked to switch salesman and I take a look at my account this morning… guess who got a refund? I have never seen such a rude group of salesman, so UNMOTIVATED to sell a car to a serious customer.
Bad business, will DEFINITELY be calling Subaru of America and fiesta corporate.
Definitely would NEVER recommend Fiesta Subaru or Tyler as a salesman. Let me also make it clear that I was never once rude to the guy.

Worst experience of our lives. Tried to buy a Subaru for our son and Paid cash. Some jack xxx named Mark Bates assured us that the dealership had title in hand and would courier the title the following day after funds were liquid. It has been five weeks and they have yet to deliver a title. We are filing a complaint with both the investigative arm of the department of motor vehicles and the Attorney General in New Mexico. Buyer beware
