After a deal for a 2019 Huracan spyder fell through at another dealership due to their dishonesty, I contacted Lamborghini of Long Island. I was met with the upmost professional courtesy and a rock bottom price out of the gate. No surprises whatsoever. Two days later we took home a brand new Huracan Spyder. Mike Herrera and Jack the GM are two of the best guys I have dealt with in the car industry. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a New or Used Lamborghini, as they push to get deals done.

I bought a CPO Porsche, probably the least expensive car that Ravi sold in 6 months, yet he made me feel like I was buying a $2 million Bugatti. I was buying from out of state and he and Anthony (finance guy) kept me informed of the process and took care of all the nuisance paperwork, even though they didn't have to.
Everyone (other sales staff, secretaries, service staff, etc) at both locations made me feel welcome and I had no negative interactions.
It's worth it to go there just to see the amazing vehicles they have. It's incredible! (They have a midtown and a downtown location, both worth visiting, the downtown one has a mini museum of classic cars).
Only negatives: I went down there on a Sunday (without an appt) and they were closed, despite the website saying they were open. That has already been fixed on the website. Also being in Manhattan it's difficult to get a decent test drive, so I would suggest doing a test drive elsewhere.

Unacceptable Service. After purchasing our flying Spur Speed from Manhattan MotorCars we had it serviced for the outstanding items & it was returned to us with a broken front grill, dent in the back chrome bumper, dents in the door & cigarette burn in the leather seat. They continued to drop the ball ordering wrong parts and wasting my time so we cut our losses and have the car repaired at Bentley Parsippany who demonstrated exceptional service. We also sent 2 emails expressing our dissatisfaction to the GM and owner of Manhattan MotorCars & never even received a call back. Unacceptable!!!! I am just shocked with the lack of customer service Manhattan MotorCars provided & recommend to buy and service your car from Bentley Parsippany.
