I usually don't waste time writing reviews unless I'm extremely dissatisfied, or extremely satisfied. In this case, I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received at Ferrari of Long Island. I am very meticulous with my car (as anyone who knows me well can attest to), and brought my car in for service for a creaking noise (in the dashboard, A pillar area) that annoyed me beyond belief. Service advisor Mike Ronan, and Service manager Eddie Hoene took a personal interest in helping me out with my car to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. They worked with the mechanic Jimmy Mustakis, who was the one that eventually found and corrected the problem. If it wasn't for their perseverance and care to help me, the problem would definitely not have been corrected!
I cannot thank the three of them enough!!!!

Just down away by the service, Jesse Strauss gave us from the moment we walked in to the dealership. Was considering the new Levante S and Jesse just made the experience so great we ordered the car on the spot after the test drive. He walked us through the customization process and with my kids was able to build a car that we were all happy with.
He kept me informed through the delivery process and was available as soon as the car arrived to help with all insurance, registration, radar etc... Such an easy process. Have heard of horror stories but Jesse and everyone at the dealership were fantastic.
Will for sure go back and get my text car from them. and have already refereed friends to Jesse.

Ah yes…shopping for a vehicle. My current lease was coming to successful end, and I wanted to upgrade so I had a list. After driving all of the vehicles I was interested in, I noticed a common flaw…they were all “numb”. Don’t get me wrong, they were all nice, it’s just that I spend A LOT of time in a vehicle and wanted something “spirited”, yet luxury refined. Then I drove a Levante…HOOKED! Yes, the vehicle did everything well and it was time to do business but who with? I then contacted Maserati of White Plains and met both Leonardo and Angel. These Gentlemen absolutely get “IT”! From our first discussion, the entire process was easy, seamless, and professional. I have driven the vehicle for three-weeks now and have enjoyed a consistent contact form these people who are proving their commitment to my complete satisfaction. And yes, their pricing was fair as well. So, there t is…I recommend you contact this dealership and go drive their products. You will be Absolutely Satisfied just like I am!
