I emailed Joe Orta as he was referred to us and he and Fran were great! Joe emailed me pictures and worked all the figures over email! I never had to come to his store like everyone else told me I had to! When I got there Fran was waiting to show me the equinox and it was everything they said it was! They even gave my son a Chevy hat and book bag!! I was very impressed and everyone was so nice there! Just a good experience! Thumbs up guys!!

I purchased a Jeep through Larry spacc in September. I was very nervous as I had not had a car payment in many years. I was concerned about having a car payment on a used vehicle. I was told over and over by the manager and finance guy that they would “take care of me.” They told me they had a warranty that would cover everything except belts, bulbs, tires, brake pads. I was told as long as I brought it to spacc for any work I wouldn’t have a deductible and they would take care of me. I am a single mom, working full time, with two young daughters at home and kids in college. This was exactly what I needed.... not to worry about having repair bills on top of a car payment. I was even given a signed statement that if I was unhappy in the first few months they would buy it back for exactly what I financed it for! I called shortly after I bought it with a lock issue and a tap noise when the vehicle was running. I was told to spray the lock with some lubricant and that jeeps just sound like that. When the weather turned cold I had barely any heat in the vehicle. I checked the fluids and everything was good. I made an appointment to have the Jeep taken care of at spacc to avoid the warranty deductible. Well guess what??? The amazing warranty that I was promised would cover anything DOESNT COVER ANY OF THE ISSUES! The service department has been very polite and I don’t blame them. I was offered a “deal” to only fix the heat. I was offered less than $200 off of an almost $1000 bill that I had been told I WOULDNT have if I purchased the warranty when I bought the vehicle. I am now in a position of having to pay over $500 to get a vehicle. that I have made 3 car payments on, that is torn apart and has no heat! I will be contacting the BBB, GM, my attorney, and anyone else that will listen! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FEOM THIS PLACE! They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy a vehicle!

Brakes squeall like a school bus. APPT 1. I'm told the need to change brake pads. Ordered pads will be 8n nexr week. They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week.
APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused
They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused. Now in GMC MEDIATORS HANDS.

Upon delivery of my vehicle, I learned that the contents (insurance, registration etc.) of my glove box had been thrown into the garbage. This was exceptionally irritating considering the upholstry was not even cleaned and the wax was spotty at best. Personal items were also taken and unreturned. When I brought this up I was told the detailers "only make 6 dollars an hour"!!! The service deptartment also failed to fix the sunroof as I would learn a week later when it would not close. The screws and assembly that were taken apart to repair this part was not even tightened afterword. (Maybe they knew it would be back.) After the sale, agreed upon specifications were not met. I got the old "got your sale on to the next one, thanks." Minus the thanks. When I became upset about these things and expressed this, one of the dealers (whatever it is he does there) proceeded to talk in a rude manner about me in the showroom, unknowingly in front of my spouse and child.
On top of this, while waiting outside for my car I noticed an angry woman leaving and then heard the unprofesional conversation between the dealer and the other office guy. "Oh she's going down to Kia... good my brother works there. I'll squash that deal too!"
I was appalled with dealership on every level. Lesson learned. Get exactly what you agree upon DELIVERED, before you sign anything. And don't go to Performance Pontiac.

Not a Pontiac...Forced to set that above. Used Car. Good car sales people that worked with us until we took car to our mechanic for a second check. I asked for overall auto check and on a few specific items. They only found one issue and fixed it. Dealership would not cover cost of repair because their people did not do the repair. Doesn't make sense to get repairs from the same place that did not find initial problems. I'll never go back.
