We scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and asked them to check the charger since often it becomes stuck and we have to lift the hood and find the release button. When we picked it up, they'd not checked the charger and said we would have to reschedule for another day or leave it there. When we asked the service mgr if we left it, when would it be ready, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, he say, "yes, Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday." I complained again to the woman who takes payment. Her explanation is that the call center people don''t communicate well. So, while that "explains" it, that is not an excuse. They effectively made their problem my problem.
So, we will never go back there. There are many other fine cars and dealerships in the area.
