Very curteous. I needed an inspection, and tires. It was brought to my attention that there was a special - buy 2 get 2. All the work was done only after a phone call from Rich going over the work required and pricing information. My car was washed, vacuumed, windows cleaned. Most importantly the car ran beautifully.

I worked with Bruce and Dante. Bruce was especially friendly (both over the phone and in person). My air conditioner hose was clogged and repaired. However, as I was leaving, I realized the air blower was not working (due to a short from the water that was in the car). Bruce insisted I leave it with him for repair (under warranty).

It was a pleasure meeting Lejune...she thoroughly explained everything regarding the Tuscon, i.e., options: color and all the bel look s and whistles that it came in the Limited...I drove the car for a good 15 or so minutes...Lejune did not pressure us, but assisted with as much information so we would be well informed..I did not plan on buying a car today BUT kudos to Lejune...I did!!! I brought my Sonata in for service..

I purchased my Hyundai Santafe new from Towne many, many years ago. I've always brought it to them for major service and inspections. I've done brakes myself and had tires done elsewhere because of the brand of tire I wanted. Both the dealership as well as Hyundai have been extremely helpful and fair to me. They're flexible and I always have gotten a loaner from them. I don't feel that I was ever treated unfairly nor was I up-charged for repairs that I didn't need. They have even assisted me with out of warranty repairs that Huyndai covered.
I hope that they can find a used vehicle that I want, or that I could afford another new car because I'd really like to do business with them again.

I have had my Hyundai for 3 years now so I have had to go in and use the service for oil changes and just routine checks. Every time I have gone in it has been a pleasant experience. No Games or long waiting times-- it is just like the service I receive from my Lexus dealer. I would not hesitate to buy another Hyundai (but I would go to a different dealer for the purchase and stay here for the service).

My car is at dealership since December 18 and as of January I7 I am still awaiting a service loner. My engine went as a result of a recall and I have been without a car since. I have rented on 2 different occasions and can not afford to tie up my credit awaiting a loaner. I have called serveral times to speak service manager Joe he has yet to return my phone call. I have reached out to corporate office who is now working on first refund for rental vechcile. This is my 3 Hyundai and have never incountered this type of issues before this. I don’t plan on purchasing a fourth Hyunda. I have also reached our dealership manager left message and he has yet to return that call.
