Northtown Mazda went above and beyond with the recent - wlo
Northtown Mazda went above and beyond with the recent inspection and repair of my '15 Mazda 6. Jess, the service manager whom helped me during the process, was always available, helpful and honest about everything that was happening with my car. I had a bad fuel sending unit, and due to corrosion seizing the bolts on to the tank, I was in need of a new fuel tank if the bolts weren't able to be removed. But thanks to Jess, and the lead tech who worked tireless on the car, they managed to get the screws off of the tank without making an all new fuel tank necessary. That cut the potential bill for that service in half, and made what could have been a very costly repair into a small bump on the final bill. The sending unit was one of the other issues that my car had when I took it in for inspection. The brakes needed to be replaced and during the inspection, they discovered that my rear endlinks needed to be replaced.
For the entire process, Jessica treated me with the upmost respect, and remained patient, even when I balked at the thought of having to replace the fuel tank. She explained the situation with the tank, and kept me informed about my car during every phase of it's time at the dealers service center. I am completely satisfied with the repairs, my car has never felt better, but I am thoroughly impressed with the care, compassion and respect that everyone at Northtown have shown me, and I am grateful that Jessica and the technicians went above and beyond with the repair. That commitment was unexpected.
I want to thank the team at Northtown for all that they have done, and especially thank Jess for caring and remaining committed to getting the best results for everyone.
I will recommend Northtown Mazda to my family and friends. Absolutely stellar service!
