Took my CX-3 in to get the parking break checked because it was having issues and getting stuck. Starting from the service rep Mike, to the service manager Howard, they are all dishonest crooks. Even the people answering the phones there are dishonest. When I called Friday at 2pm to discuss/receive an update from Mike, I was told that he was not in and that they were waiting on parts to come in from Canada (which I never approved of to begin with) I called again Saturday morning, and was told that both Mike and Howard were off and to call back Monday morning. Fast forward to this morning- they called to inform me that my car has been ready since Thursday of last week, and that they were going to start charging me a garage fee for having my car still there! Despicable. Take my advice, save yourself the headache, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!

I had a great experience with the service center at Volvo White Plains NY. I worked with John in service who was very professional and prompt, as well as informative. They provide delivery service for your vehicle to be delivered to the service station and will leave you with a loaner vehicle as well. They communicatte with you via text or email or phone call throughout to let you know when vehicle arrives and work begins, what they find and when they finish. They let you know any and all safety concerns and provide routine maintenance as well as any diagnostic concerns for the future. They inform you of repair options and pricing to help you decide, as well as their mechanics recommendations. I was very pleased with the service and would give them an excellent rating as well as recommend them to any volvo owner.

rating is 2and 1/2.The process for getting my bumper on my 2018 mazda 3 hatchback started around october 7th. The service counter either didn/t address the mazda headquarters ,or they are very slow.It took at least two calls to headquarters by me to get my car in to get painted. That did/t happen til january 4th. I never received my car till january 15th. That was with one more call to headquarters. The body shop did a wonderful job. They get a rating of 4 and1/2. I do want to thank the counter people for finally getting their act together. The car looks Beautiful.

I have purchased a 2010 f150 just over a week ago and I'm very disappointed with it! I mentioned when I test drove it it looked like the rear differential was leaking and the gas door did not close they wanted me to bring it back 2 days later after I purchased it to check the leak and fix th ed gas door. so within the 2 days of having it I noticed a clunking noise in the front end so I m eff mentioned that when I brought it in ! They told me the gas door was out of their budget and all seals were sealed properly on the differential and didn't find and thing in the front end 😤, so I wen th home and took gas door out and fixed it in 5 minutes , they couldn't have done that huh . Then realized the tailpipe hanger is gone broken off completely ,so I bought a universal on and hung it up while I was doing that I noticed the rear differential is soaked leaking for sure so I went to the dealer again and have a appointment to bring it in Friday we will see how that works out , and also the noise I was hearing in my front end is just getting louder and louder very dissatisfied very nice ppl though!

Clutch failed on 2019 Jetta. Warranty specifically listed clutch disk. Fine. However other parts that were replace were said to be in good condition in Video they sent me however they replaced them anyways and charged me. We requested parts saved. They did not. One salesman remarked that I must have been driving with the brake on - what an idiotic insulting thing to say. Owned VW's for 30 years. There is an obvious decline in quality since lawsuit. Will never buy a new one.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I brought my car in for 3 Recalls on Wed 08/15 after 5pm, received a loner and left. I alerted them that I may need a battery. I get a call Thursday and it was the battery and it can be replaced for $150.00 Well I brought in my own battery, paid $21.95 plus tax to install. States right on paperwork in "Sara" hand writing..."WASH! " I can't believe the New battery dropped in space, terminals full of gunk from old and car looks like sprayed with hose! Their going to bill Mazda for the 3 recalls and the loaner, Sorry I didn't pay $150.00 for your battery Nathan P. (Mechanic), but a rookie cleans battery posts before placing in a new battery! And for the wash....nice perk as your being gouged! I Will NEVER enter Drivers village again! Those TV testimonials reflect sales experience, after the sale is a crap shoot! Auto industry over 30 years!
