Excellent sales people! Matt Smith in sales was super helpful and friendly. He also made the whole process of car buying very easy. He puts in the extra effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. Constantine in financing was also super friendly! I’d also like to add that Rick was so kind to me and my family while we were there. Service department was horrible to deal with. Expected a much higher level of service from a “Land Rover” location. It was almost comical at how the entire experience was handled from beginning to end. “Customer service” is something that team needs to put some attention to moving forward. The service manager looked like he hated being there and whole demeanor was everything irritated him. Definitely must have been having a bad day

This dealership really has went above and beyond in helping me purchase my new vehicle. It’s reluctant that I had a problem with a glitch in dashboard immediately after purchase. We’re waiting on a replacement part to arrive now and I’m hoping this will fix our issue on a 2020 velar with less than 200 miles when it started happening.
I don’t feel this has any reflection on the dealership to my knowledge, it’s a manufacturer default. I rated them average because I left without the issue being fixed.

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.
