A recall issue with the vehicle I wanted to purchase held off my immediate purchase for a lengthy amount of time. The ONLY thing that kept me confident with moving forward with the deal and maintaining patience was how Casey Braswell handled communication with me through it all. It seems as if each time I take my car in for service Larry and his team always try to outdo themselves. The service on my Discovery and the way I am treated as a person and customer couldn't be better. This is my first Land Rover, If other dealerships and service departments had this level of care and professionalism I probably would not have bought a Land Rover. But, here I am and here I stay!
