I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.

Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked and passenger slightly wet . We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!!

Poor mechanic service and terrible customer service. Had to return Escalade twice for ac with no real answer why after repairing it and had to return again because did not put back together properly. Jason Hampton was service guy always seems to be on vacation. If you have Cadillac Problems you should find another dealer I will.

I'm the daughter of a local automotive shop 30 years running. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to rip people off. As well as denying a TSB for our Yukon. This place lives up to its poor reputation. Robert Goode was rude and aggressive in our attempt to get him to respect the TSB on our Yukon. If you need absolutely need GMC dealer for a recall/TSB find a different location. These guys are crooks. We then listened to them happily bragging and talking crap about customers. A waste of our entire day.

They agreed to see us if we could get there - which we did. They were so very kind and helpful. They got us back on the road and will forever have a special place in our heart!

Was traveling from Ohio to Georgia when my check engine light came on. Called then at 4:50pm and was able to get a 7:40am appointment for the next morning. 3.5 hours later three parts were installed and I was on my way. Very grateful to them.

After posting my original review I was contacted by Chris, the service manager at Flow Lexus. He explained to me what the extra charge was. Then he also offered me a free detail bc my original detail wasn't finished correctly. I really appreciate that. I'm glad he explained the extra charge to me. I will be going back for sure! The car detail was great other than the tires not being done.

I love the Lexus cars that I have purchased (have never had a problem), and because of the personnel in Winston-Salem’s integrity, my daughter (school superintendent) came down from PA, two years ago, to purchase her Lexus (through JJ). When I got there, they said they don't do inspections on Saturday. Why did they accept the appointment? Why couldn't someone call or text me before Saturday to let me know? Very poor service.

We purchased a 2018 Nissian Titan and the extended warranty 2 years ago. The warranty was bumper to bumper. This truck has been at the dealership with issues 4 times and now the will not cover it. A hose on the transmission popped off under the skid plate and leaked all the transmission fluid out. Somehow that is not covered. I do not suggest buying the extended warranty. It is a rip off.

There has been three recalls and we continue to have brake issues. Three weeks ago we took it back to the dealership and was told they would help us to find another truck, not a word. We don’t feel safe driving this truck. It has been parked for three months. So given all of this, find a dealership that will work with you to resolve safety issues.

Volkswagen flow of Durham neglected to complete a repair as instructed by the Volkswagen of America Techline. They indicated to the customer that the repair was done and the car was fixed, under warranty. Month later, the car went into limp mode while accelerating on the highway, resulting in a near accident. When the car was actually fixed months later, the tech at a different Volkswagen dealership indicated where he could see that the work had never actually been done by Volkswagen flow of Durham. They closed out the work order without completing the job as instructed by the Volkswagen of America tech line. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here, as their refusal to comply with warranty repair instructions resulted in a near death experience for myself, and my two kids on 15 501. Their utter disregard for the safety of Volkswagen customers, negligence and d laziness should be considered as you are seeking repair options.
