I had two urgent matters with my car on July 14th after being my garage for six days. I had a flat rear tire and my car wouldn’t start. I reached out to my outstanding Concord Service Technician:
Mr. Bryan Reese who help with getting mr connected to Kia Roadside service(8:30A-tire service) and Ms. Samantha Mandelke @ 2:10P, when the car wouldn’t start. I had a 3:00P appointment S. Ms. Samantha recommended I try to get a jumpstart. That worked. I made it to the Concord Dealership around 5:00P( kept car running). Ms. Samantha wasn’t certain, if it was the battery or the starter. It was the battery. I am appreciative of teamwork, that I have continuously received from Mr. Reece and Ms. Mandelke
