I had to rescue my Mom who lives in SC coast secondary to health issues. She wanted her Lexus Rx 350 to accompany her on the trip. Shortly after we got her up here the service indicator light illuminated. Decided to take it to Bryan Easler since Lexus is in the Toyota family. I did not have an appointment and took a chance for service. I was immediately and politely greeted by Kayla who got me in very quickly. The service was fairly routine but they got me out quick. the waiting room was very nice, much nicer than their closest competition. 40 minutes and I am out the door. Prior to this service visit my son and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4/ Highlander and were greeted and assisted by Roger Miller who could not have been any more professional. the experience I have had at Easler was far above the standard I have received at other dealerships.

I was traveling thru N.C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. A little problem I know but when you're 500 miles from home the inconvenience was almost a necessity. I stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Apple Tree) for help. Jason Roeser immediately analyzed the problem and got me back on the road. Honda refuses to cover service charger for there mistake. may have to change car brands because this is crazy unacceptable. almost a $4000 job

I had my car serviced last week and it started by Jenn Simeone picking my car up from my home. She was very friendly and professional and your tracking system is very efficient when it comes to notifying of updates on my car. She was a pleasure to work with and I would use her very time I need to have any work done. Once my car was at the dealership, I received a call from Christopher letting me know that it was checked in and he verified what I needed to have done as far as my oil change, and included having my radio looked at since having problems with the volume control. He also was very courteous, friendly and professional. He then let me know when my car was done and explained what they found with my radio. I will ask for him whenever I need to call your service department with my needs or questions. I am very pleased with both of these people and your service department in general. Thank you! I’ve maintained maintenance here for years and never had any issues until recently. My Check engine light came on and I called the dealership prior to taking my car to make sure my warranty is still active which I was told it was. I get to the dealership only for the service manager to tell me my warranty has expired, which wasn’t true. Nissan Consumer Affairs confined my warranty was active. We worked through it, I took my car back. However, my issue wouldn’t be covered by my warranty but by my insurance , which we didn’t know the issue prior to misinformation of my warranty . I’ve had my car for 5yrs, purchased it from here. My engine cover was removed and I went back to get it only for them to tell me my car never had an engine cover because they looked at another car of the same year that doesn’t haven’t one. That car has nothing to do with mine. I’ve had my car for 5yrs and know for a fact that there has always been an engine cover . They told me my 2020 Sentra never had one. Excuse me, you have looked under my hood maybe once or twice compared to me having the car for 5yrs. The audacity to ask me, if I had an engine cover where would it go, is it bolted or clipped in? Clearly the bolt and engine cover is missing. It was an insult to tell me I’ve never had an engine cover , the same cover I’ve been looking at for 5years. The same service manager who told me my warranty expired was the same person who said I never had an engine cover. He was wrong about my warranty and just as wrong about my engine cover as well. I just wish they would own up to removing my engine cover and losing it instead of basically calling me a liar. I just want my engine cover replaced.

My experience at Carolina Nissan in Burlington, NC this morning - 12/12/24 I took my ‘24 Nissan Frontier in for its first service. I arrived for my appointment, pulled into the receiving bay, explained who I was and why I was there. A man (Phillip?) greeted me, took my fob, and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean, bright, and full of things to keep a waiting customer occupied. There was coffee, doughnuts, a BIG TV, and even free video games. As I waited, Phillip text me to say I could contact him with any needs/questions I may have during my service visit. After about an hour, my truck was ready. Oil change, tire rotation, chassis lube, etc. was all it needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was free, as it was included under the extended warranty and service plan I bought from Nissan when I purchased my truck back in June. (I purchased from Carolina Nissan) It was a fine experience and I had no trouble at all. I saw none of the negative things people are saying in these reviews.

Matthew informed us of any recalls pending on the car and worked with us to set up a time to complete the recalls. Matthew also provided the technician to provide any additional details. We had a great experience with Matthew and the service team. I am looking at possibly buying a new Kia Telluride based on my experience with the Keffer Kia team!

Hunter Subaru is TOPS in my book. I have purchased just approximately 25 new and used cars for our family. And I can honestly say that Hunter Subaru has the BEST Sales and service teams of any Subaru dealership that I have dealt with. Hunter Subaru genuinely wants to please the customer. Their Service department is second to none! Jhon Salguero has been my service advisor on 3 separate occasions. He and his team seem to know Subarus inside out. They will not disappoint you. All my maintenance and warranty issues were properly addressed. I have been able to quickly get in and out of the dealership whenever I made an appointment. Mark, was one of the mechanics who worked on my 2024 Outback Touring XT three times. Whether routine maintenance or something more complicated, he got the job done.

DO NOT HAVE ELYSIA AS YOUR ADVISOR I brought my car here for a diagnostic and had an issue with not being communicated well with. My car was there for service on a Friday and Elysia neglected to advise me by end of business that my car would be staying there through the weekend. She also neglected to let me know that their Saturday team is not able to provide updates and that I would have to wait until Monday for an update. To me this is unacceptable as every other car service at any other shop I’ve had they are very great with communication and if your car is going to be staying over the weekend, by end of business day, you were provided adequate updates for service. There was also misunderstanding and miscommunication around taxes and fees applied leading and me being surprised at $63 additional fee. Upon bringing this to Elysia’s attention, I was met with non-accountability and passive aggressiveness and asking to speak with her manager. Her manager showcased the same lack of accountability and understanding, and on my way out, I was treated to more of Elysia’s passive aggressive tones. I found the whole process unprofessional, and will never bring my car here again . If you don’t know how to communicate with people properly and professionally and are not trained to be with the public I beg of you please find other work!

Bob King Hyundai’s service department has completely turned things around and is now a place I can trust with my vehicle. In the past, my experiences weren’t great. However, since their new Service Director, Mathew, took over, the difference is night and day. The team now goes above and beyond to take care of both you and your car, making sure every need is met with professionalism and care. I used to dread coming in for service, but now I have complete confidence that my car is in good hands. Highly recommend!

I previously left a review on Google that explained how Modern Hyundai threatened to call the police on my disabled 70 year mother after they refused to acknowledge the service agreement that Modern negotiated at vehicle purchase. I have an update. My mother has since taken her vehicle to another Hyundai/Genesis store in which they acknowledged/accepted the agreement without complication. I have emailed both the Modern owner, Mr Fowler, and the store's GM, Mr Wilborne twice regarding the matter. Neither of them have responded. While I'm disappointed, I'm thankful there was another Hyundai dealership who had the integrity to honor the contract that Modern negotiated but failed to honor, themselves. At the least, a formal apology is appropriate. I would greatly appreciate if Mr Fowler and Mr Wilborne would respond to my emails pertaining to the matter.

I believe the service department attempted to lie to me about services I did not need. Told me I needed a new battery and that mine was at ZERO battery life. I knew they were full of it and had it tested elsewhere at two different places. Battery was at 100%. I have no proof but I also think they disconnected my.license plate lights to try and get me to fix them but I said no. Another dealership found connection inside panel was unplugged. Beware, this is not the first time they attempted to deceive me as it happened years prior as well.

Derek Bordner, Nissan Certified Service Advisor who assisted me was Awesome! He addressed my service concerns for my Nissan Altima SL and took the time to answer all my questions. He was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, he made me feel safe by reassuring his office, the bathrooms & customer waiting areas had been cleaned/sanitized. I had a 0730 appt on Friday morning. My vehicle was serviced and ready in a timely manner. Mr. Bordner even saved me money by explaining/offering the Sunbit program! I will continue to bring my Nissan to Modern Nissan of Winston Salem for servicing! I will continue to recommend them for sales & service. Thank you Derek Bordner!
