I've got a 2022 pacifica with less than 38,000 miles on it that has developed issues with the infotainment system GPS display and Audio). Also, sometimes the power rear doors can't be opened from the passenger compartment. I called to make appointment and was dumped into voice mail.. After waiting for 2 days for a call back, which I never received, I called and managed to get through to service to try to schedule an appointment, only to be told I couldn't. Rather I was told to leave this $50K car with them and they'd call me once they got around to looking at it. I really don't consider that an acceptable service response.

I had a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 for almost 5 years and had it serviced, oil change and filter, tires rotated and the cost was 45 to 55 dollars at Hwy US #1 dodge in Sanford NC. I took my new 2022 Dodge Ram to Aberdeen for same service as above and the charge was $ 172.00. They charged me $ 96 because they gave me a DISCOUNT ?? Be sure and get a cost before you allow them to do any work !!! J.R. Hill

Service department takes advantage of out of town workers. Truck towed to dealership while out of town working. Supposedly did diagnostic( charge 209 just for them to generate a report the day I called -6/12/25, Truck towed in three weeks prior. Quoted 18000 for a motor, diagnostic report stated 22000 for a motor. Had towed back to home of record and local dealership fixed with 700 dollar radiator. Caught service manager in numerous lies. Be aware if you take your car to their service department. They will lie, over charge, and lie to cover themselves. Sad a dealership in a military town takes advantage of our soldiers and veterans like myself. Will never return to dealership, and will buy another Dodge.

I needed my transmission services for scheduled maintenance. They were super busy and only had appointments out about a month. I was told to come in the next morning and they would work me in. Upon getting there at 7:30 they seemed confused and said I had to schedule it. After I told them that I was told to come in they chatted for awhile and finally said they would do it while I waited. My advisor was Jose/Juan (apologies for now recalling) I believe and he was super friendly and helpful. I’m very happy how it turned out and no longer worried about the transmission.

On July 7th at 9:00 a.m. after a very busy July 4th weekend, the service desk at this dealership greeted me like I was their only customer in the midst of a very busy morning with people everywhere and rollbacks showing up with vehicles on them. I have a black Durango RT which overheated and was dropped off to their lot unbeknownst to them and they treated me like they had known me their whole life. They have no idea who I am or who my family is and how many vehicles we have but they treated us with the utmost respect and it is very hard to find especially this time of year on a busy beach. If you ever have any problems with your vehicles, bring it here. And if you are looking to buy a car or truck don't bother shopping out of town. Stop right here at kdh Dodge!
