Additionally, each of these times I didn’t have a ride to or from the dealership and Joe, their shuttle driver, made sure I was where I needed to be at the proper times and even dropped me off at an appointment. I was driving through Shelby when I decided to stop at McDonalds. When I pulled into the drive-thru, my vehicle just died. Apparently the battery was on its last leg. After sitting and canvassing for help for 45 minutes, I remembered passing Marburger Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram earlier that morning. Having nothing to lose, I called them and was patched through to the service department and spoke to the service advisor, Sheldon. After relaying my predicament, Sheldon assured me he would handle it. A few minutes later, a technician named Alvin showed up with a jump box and got my vehicle started. I offered to pay him but he refused.

I took my 2005 Chrysler 300 to Jacky Jones Chrysler/jeep to just get a radiator flush unless they saw something then they would call..which they did but only to tell me that i needed my whole engine replaced.I told mechanic to just go ahead and just do the dang flush.Sorry to say but after my car being there 1.5weeks....I have NEVER been so upset&still upset after looking at the situation in my entire life since i started driving 30 years ago.I know a bit about cars but really only the basics. I guess since I'm female,they thought they could pull a fast one on me and (get this)....there was water in my reservoir/radiator&NO antifreeze to be found.So I paid $26 for water. Total cost was $290. I could have done a better job by just watching the Google videos like I had been b4 getting a tow to the mechanic.I think I may just do that anyways.Not that i was wanting a refund or anything..but rather for them to correct the problem, Was given a card from manager for a free recheck. RECHECK? I mean no recheck.....CHECK IT NOW! But nope....I drove off with my car being in a worse shape than when I brought it in. LOL....funny thing is that I used to work with the owners niece and her&I had a little conversation last night....so we shall see if anybody even cares. Signed.... LIVID!

Received the call that the parts were in. Set the appointment arrived got the recall done, drove 52 miles Check engine light. wrong color grab handle now a check engine light flashing. Called to inform them of my issue.

Do not buy a ram unless you want to have problems in under 36000 miles and they just tell you oh sorry nothing we can do. Had my fuel pump go bad at 30,795 miles and just because it was 3 years old in September they would not help me out on the part when the manufacturer was trying to work with them on replacing the part for me they denied it, even though i offered to pay the labor which i shouldnt have to either, because the part was defective,
nothing I did caused this to go bad. so they will never get any business from me or anybody i know. Youd think a ram is a dependable reliable truck thats why i bought it and with 3 kids and 1 income because of covid, youd think a $35,000 truck would last more than 30,000 miles and if not, ram would make it right smh. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! My husband and I are in the market in buying a Dodge Charger, and he received a call from one of their female sales associates, and she was beyond rude! My husband was inquiring about a car for sale, and she responded by saying, "you have too many questions for me to deal with over the phone." Then she asked my husband for his email because she didn't want to talk to him anymore over the phone and hung upon him. I recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere. I guess this dealership fails to realize or remember the customers have the power because they are the ones who pay. Great customer service makes a big difference!!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Service advisor would not answer my calls or return calls. Very unprofessional and problem was not found. Expensive computer was recommended after it had been replaced in the last month. Was still charged $180.00 and told my new computer was corroded. Sent email asking about cost to clean and was told it needed to be replaced to start. Even after I explained it had a new computer installed by mechanic from dodge dealership I was still told it needed another new computer to start. $1300.00 to start seemed crazy to me. I spoke with a mechanic from another dealership and he agreed with me. Looking at the reviews it is no wonder that the service department has a 1.8 out of 5 rating. I was forced to give a one star rating or it would have been lower. I will be contacting the service manager and/or general manager to see if they can make this right.

I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience.
