These guys are always honest and fair. While other garages have tried to sell us parts and/or services we didn't need, we have never had that experience with Matthews Motors. As a woman, I've had bad experiences with mechanics taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars & about good prices on repairs. Both my husband & I feel comfortable in doing business with the staff here, & I'm comfortable going in alone. They have never tried to fix something that wasn't broken or otherwise sell us what we didn't need. I like that a lot and will always do business with them because of this trust. When we needed a new car a few years ago, they gave us a very good deal on a car in a color that stole my heart & a seat that fit me perfectly right. It's good to see so many Matthews Motors logos on local cars now ~ we hope they'll always be around and that their business continues to grow. Keep up the GREAT work, guys; don't ever change your honest ways!

I always have a great experience whenever I am there. This time was warranty work and wheel alignment. The waiting lounge is comfortable. Whenever somebody passes by they always ask how am I and can they do anything for you. The MB service manager explained what was happening and what was wrong and how they fixed it. The wheel alignment was off and the car did track better when driven on the highway. Very pleased with work performed.

This dealership is the worst because they lie to the customer about work and how long it takes to complete the job. I ordered a center console and I was told that it would take 4 hours but then they told me two hours which was a lie I did some research and had my nephew who works on cars check it out for me and he was able to remove the console in 10 minutes which was a total shock to me when the dealership told me that it would take 2 hours total crooks you just rob people like that buyer beware and do research before dealing with this dealership and it’s service advisor

Just wanted to commend the wonderful team @ Mercedes Benz of Raleigh Service Department. My vehicle was serviced and cleaned while I waited ( they even offered me a loaner vehicle ) and when I left it felt as wonderful as it did the day I picked it up. It’s an unbelievably run dealership and my service advisor Linda is top notch !

During a scheduled service late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment and was shortly informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available. I was ASSURED that the parts would be available in 3-4 days. I scheduled ANOTHER appointment in 10 days. Yesterday, I get to the dealership and after 20 minutes was ONCE again told that the parts weren't there. I'm NOT retired and have to take time off from work to get service done. Hence, my patients at the VA I work at were NOT seen. Why didn't anyone at the service department call me beforehand, twice, to let me know about the lack of parts???? I no longer have a trust or faith with this dealership and plan to take my vehicle elsewhere for service/repairs and any potential future purchases. Shame on you! Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem

I took my 2015 Nissan van to the dealer they told me that was the timing chain and paid them $6,200 after replacing the timing chain the problem was worsts and they said the cats need to be replaced they quote for $4,200 (by then I have ordered the cat because they said before that it need to be replaced so I change them van still doing the same after talked with service manager now they said that the problem is the secondary cats and it will be $3,200 more this is a scam for me because they only guessing the diagnostic and make me spend lot of money this can is not worth it the money spent on the repairs but I trust them when the diagnostic was the timing chain even when It was lit of money to replace I moved with the repairs what can go wrong is the dealership the best “mechanic” how wrong I was

I can't thank Modern Ford In Boone, NC "ENOUGH!!" Dave Chicoine, Brian McCulley and Adam Woodard helped me when my truck started having problems. I had just dropped my granddaughter off at App State and was heading home on a 5 hour trip when I needed their help. They went way overboard to help me at a late hour (the Dealership was actually closing when I walked in) arranging for the service I needed to take place early on the next day. It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference!
