They were very pleasant to work with. It was my first visit. They took my truck in for the Works oil change. It was done in a timely manner. They explained what they did and shared what was needed in the future. I will be back.

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

I was very satisfied with the work performed today. It was only and oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement but the communication from Ramon was excellent. I waited on for the vehicle to be completed which gave me plenty of time to catch up on paperwork in a roomy and comfortable lounge. The hand washed vehicle was also a very nice perk.

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!

He has never been disrespectful, rude and never takes advantage of the customers he has been my main service tech For the past six years now and he always does what he says. He’s always fair and always reason reasonable and I appreciate him more than he knows. My experience at Carolina Nissan in Burlington, NC this morning - 12/12/24 I took my ‘24 Nissan Frontier in for its first service. I arrived for my appointment, pulled into the receiving bay, explained who I was and why I was there. A man (Phillip?) greeted me, took my fob, and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean, bright, and full of things to keep a waiting customer occupied. There was coffee, doughnuts, a BIG TV, and even free video games. As I waited, Phillip text me to say I could contact him with any needs/questions I may have during my service visit. After about an hour, my truck was ready. Oil change, tire rotation, chassis lube, etc. was all it needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was free, as it was included under the extended warranty and service plan I bought from Nissan when I purchased my truck back in June. (I purchased from Carolina Nissan) It was a fine experience and I had no trouble at all. I saw none of the negative things people are saying in these reviews.

DO NOT HAVE ELYSIA AS YOUR ADVISOR I brought my car here for a diagnostic and had an issue with not being communicated well with. My car was there for service on a Friday and Elysia neglected to advise me by end of business that my car would be staying there through the weekend. She also neglected to let me know that their Saturday team is not able to provide updates and that I would have to wait until Monday for an update. To me this is unacceptable as every other car service at any other shop I’ve had they are very great with communication and if your car is going to be staying over the weekend, by end of business day, you were provided adequate updates for service. There was also misunderstanding and miscommunication around taxes and fees applied leading and me being surprised at $63 additional fee. Upon bringing this to Elysia’s attention, I was met with non-accountability and passive aggressiveness and asking to speak with her manager. Her manager showcased the same lack of accountability and understanding, and on my way out, I was treated to more of Elysia’s passive aggressive tones. I found the whole process unprofessional, and will never bring my car here again . If you don’t know how to communicate with people properly and professionally and are not trained to be with the public I beg of you please find other work!
