I have had many issues w/ trying to get my vehicle serviced at the Mazda dealership I purchased it from. When I contacted Tim Marburger Mazda, I spoke w/ Roger the Service Dept. Mgr. He was very helpful and took care of me and my situation promptly. I am very pleased w/ the service I received. After having nothing but trouble dealing w/ Donald Craig Mazda in Mooresville, NC, it was such a blessing to finally receive the help I have been trying to get for over a year. Thank you to Roger and everyone at Tim Marburger Mazda.

Best car buying experience ever - WD

I had the best experience buying 2 cars from this dealers. They are professional, patient, and most of all honest. I plan to go buy from them again. Sam, who serviced me went above and beyond what a dealer would normally do to accommodate me. Most of all their prices are not only ressonable, but the best I've seen in Wake County. If you plan to buy a used car, make sure you visit this dealer before you do. I am completely satisfied with my cars.

Devin Roberts is a very nice salesman and professional and treated my wife and me with courtesy throughout the buying process. My concern here is the 30 day warranty they provide on your vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from Debruhl’s on March 30th 2022 and 1 week later I notice a very minuscule puddle. I take it to get it looked at with Honda service Acura on April 11th 2022 on Sawyer Rd and the PCV valve plate is leaking. Also the belt has cracks in it. Hence I was told before I purchased the vehicle that all vehicles come looked at by a certified mechanic and come serviced enough to where they are in great condition. A leak isn’t considered great condition. I call them to see if they could fix the leak from their mechanic and they tell me the 30 day warranty is only on “big stuffs”. I shouldn’t have to be going through this in the first place because I was told it was in great working condition regardless of what their 30 day warranty says. They sold me a vehicle that was not in great condition and has a leak that’s going to cost $300+ And $200 on the belt. I’m not even mad I’m just pretty disappointed they couldn’t have my back after a 17k+ purchase. It’s a little sad. I expect this from a private sale on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace because it’s “as is” basis but not from an establishment like this. I wanted to do honest business here for years to come and give a used car place a chance. But that is very hard to do when an unethical practice is being used.

Sales personnel - Under-rated Customer

Absolutely apalled at the lack if professionalism. Elementary school aged children could have done a much better job at be attentive and they certainly couldn't have been any louder. Accomplished nothing. You never know when you are entertaining angels unaware.

Just wanted to share my recent experience with the folks at Frema Motors in Goldsboro. I sent out an interest in buying a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve vehicle via the Edmonds web site. Frank Aanenson, the sales consultant from Frema responded to the request quickly. They quoted a price that was really good; too good to believe. As it turned out, it was a mistake. Frank called me and told me the price they quoted was wrong. Howard, the sales manager, accidentally quoted a price on the lower trim level of the CX-5 Grand Touring. Their quote, even for that vehicle, was very competitive. Despite the mistake, Howard honored the quote. I suspect they took a loss on the car. But it was more important to them to do right by the customer than to avoid the loss. If you are in the market for a Mazda or Volkswagon, I'd recommend you give Frema Motors a chance to earn your business.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Ronnie in March 2015. A few days after I bought my car my service engine light came on. A few weeks later, my oil light came on. I put oil in and continued on my way. A WEEK LATER I had low oil again!!! My car that at this point was only a month old in my possession was burning oil. When I return to confront him about it, he was a total jerk and didn't see a problem! I took it to get fixed because it became an engine problem, the guy then told me that it was BEYOND REPAIR!!!!! Crap like that doesn't happen in a month! I'm so frustrated with him and his business! unless you want to shell out money for your car, and then turn around and shell out more for repairs, I suggest finding someone else!

My history first: Bad credit due to bankruptcy, due to divorce, then helped with parent's medical bills, & by that time I was just so frustrated with credit that I did not even try to repair it, I just started paying cash for everything. Well eventually I needed a car & that was the one thing I could not pay for in cash. So, as you can imagine, getting a car loan was next to impossible due to my credit & IF I could get financed, I couldn't come up with the down payment. A friend told me he had gotten his car at JD Byrider & while he hadn't had it long, he was very satisfied with them. I went to talk to them & I will have to say, buying from them is definitely not like buying from a regular dealership & I am not fond of change so I was a little frustrated with their system. But I reminded myself that they had their system & I was not really in a position to argue seeing as how my credit was NOT good! The buying process was painless...they worked with me on my down payment, they made sure that, even though it was going to be a little tight, I could afford the payment range they had me in...they even stayed after hours to get me on the road. Their vehicles come with a 3yr/36,000mi warranty (find that at another used car lot...) so while you can probably get a vehicle a little bit cheaper elsewhere, they don't leave you hanging if something happens. I have had to take my car in a couple of times for minor repair & I paid my $25 deductible & they handled the rest! They are always courteous, kind, and they go out of their way to be helpful. They basically "own" their own finance company (although it is a separate company) so they are better able to work with you when "life happens". They really want to keep you in your OPERATING vehicle; even if that means they have to help you in some way when it needs repairs. I have never seen/hear of/worked with a company that, while I know they are making a profit & they are making money...that is why they are in business, they still care about their customers & that is evident in how they really work with you & how they never talk down to you because you happen to be in a bad place credit-wise. I definitely recommend buying from this company! They have definitely earned my business for now & in the future...even if I have good credit, I will buy from them if I buy a used car because they have integrity! And the reason I gave them an excellent mark on their "price" is because even though I think the prices are a bit high, when you take into consideration all that you get with them...the price is actually more than fair.

This dealership is the worst because they lie to the customer about work and how long it takes to complete the job. I ordered a center console and I was told that it would take 4 hours but then they told me two hours which was a lie I did some research and had my nephew who works on cars check it out for me and he was able to remove the console in 10 minutes which was a total shock to me when the dealership told me that it would take 2 hours total crooks you just rob people like that buyer beware and do research before dealing with this dealership and it’s service advisor

Because of my wife's current medical issues the Toyota Avalon that we test drove, while very impressive, was not a fit for her at this time. Terrible dealership ended up spending over $3000 after purchase. They never inspected car after saying they did. Mr. Gomez lied right to our faces about the problems we told him saying we never informed him of any. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 your the one who gave us the number to the mechanic. This place after doing more research has had issues with other buyers With the suspension of the cars. I had to get my whole structure fixed pretty much because of rust. Don’t buy a car from here. Their sister company in Asheville don’t want anything to do with the Raleigh location.
