My history first: Bad credit due to bankruptcy, due to divorce, then helped with parent's medical bills, & by that time I was just so frustrated with credit that I did not even try to repair it, I just started paying cash for everything. Well eventually I needed a car & that was the one thing I could not pay for in cash. So, as you can imagine, getting a car loan was next to impossible due to my credit & IF I could get financed, I couldn't come up with the down payment. A friend told me he had gotten his car at JD Byrider & while he hadn't had it long, he was very satisfied with them. I went to talk to them & I will have to say, buying from them is definitely not like buying from a regular dealership & I am not fond of change so I was a little frustrated with their system. But I reminded myself that they had their system & I was not really in a position to argue seeing as how my credit was NOT good! The buying process was painless...they worked with me on my down payment, they made sure that, even though it was going to be a little tight, I could afford the payment range they had me in...they even stayed after hours to get me on the road. Their vehicles come with a 3yr/36,000mi warranty (find that at another used car lot...) so while you can probably get a vehicle a little bit cheaper elsewhere, they don't leave you hanging if something happens. I have had to take my car in a couple of times for minor repair & I paid my $25 deductible & they handled the rest! They are always courteous, kind, and they go out of their way to be helpful. They basically "own" their own finance company (although it is a separate company) so they are better able to work with you when "life happens". They really want to keep you in your OPERATING vehicle; even if that means they have to help you in some way when it needs repairs. I have never seen/hear of/worked with a company that, while I know they are making a profit & they are making money...that is why they are in business, they still care about their customers & that is evident in how they really work with you & how they never talk down to you because you happen to be in a bad place credit-wise. I definitely recommend buying from this company! They have definitely earned my business for now & in the future...even if I have good credit, I will buy from them if I buy a used car because they have integrity! And the reason I gave them an excellent mark on their "price" is because even though I think the prices are a bit high, when you take into consideration all that you get with them...the price is actually more than fair.

This dealership is the worst because they lie to the customer about work and how long it takes to complete the job. I ordered a center console and I was told that it would take 4 hours but then they told me two hours which was a lie I did some research and had my nephew who works on cars check it out for me and he was able to remove the console in 10 minutes which was a total shock to me when the dealership told me that it would take 2 hours total crooks you just rob people like that buyer beware and do research before dealing with this dealership and it’s service advisor

Because of my wife's current medical issues the Toyota Avalon that we test drove, while very impressive, was not a fit for her at this time. Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator after driving 3+ hours - Ed

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator after driving 3+ hours to get it. Check Engine Light was flashing before I got it home and Deny at dealership not standing behind the product. I got a diagnostic at AutoZone (Only place they would let me do it because it was free) and it indicated misfire in 3 cylinders and 1 random misfire and recommendation to replace the Ignition coils and spark plugs. I then got an estimate for that work which was for 921 dollars parts and labor and shared back with Deny at dealership and he talked to his local mechanic and then offered to send me 92 dollars for one ignition coil as it their cost for the part without understanding the issue or reading the diagnostic report from AutoZone that clearly has 4 codes of issue. terrible experience in then standing behind the sale, you drive off the lot they are done. I now discovered they had turned of the power running boards and now I know why, the one on the drivers side doesn't work. Do yourself a big favor and find another place to purchase your vehicle.

Terrible dealership ended up spending over $3000 after purchase. They never inspected car after saying they did. Mr. Gomez lied right to our faces about the problems we told him saying we never informed him of any. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 your the one who gave us the number to the mechanic. This place after doing more research has had issues with other buyers With the suspension of the cars. I had to get my whole structure fixed pretty much because of rust. Don’t buy a car from here. Their sister company in Asheville don’t want anything to do with the Raleigh location.

Michael Darrow, owner, went beyond “the call of duty” in his treatment and sale and trade in of our 23 yr old car for a 2017 Honda CRV. We are 80+ residents of SC. Michael shopped, did all the paperwork including insurance, license plates, transfer, registration AND then drove the Honda to our door in showroom condition and drove our car back to Durham, NC (approx 250 mi one way). DO NOT buy used vehicles from Westgate autog group. The will make fraudulent sales and run your credit through multiple credit agencies which destroys your credit. When confronted by the states consumer protection agency, they will deny any wrong doing forcing you to have to get a personal lawyer to have legal action taken. Especially if you are a service member, please stay away from these dealerships. They are not to be trusted when making a purchase. They care about money, not the customers. Please do your research with THE BBB. They have a F rating for the aforementioned statement and failure to respond to the CPA. If anyone else has problems, make a BBB report and contact the North Carolina Consumer Protection Agency.

Outstanding - integrity one

After a very frustrating experience earlier in the day, I found 40/42 motorsports. They had the exact car that I was looking for, were great to deal with on the phone and provided the best buying experience that I have had in a long long time. They only stock quality vehicles, they are honest and very fair. They are most efficient as well. Customer Service is paramount with these folks and it is very evident from the minute you start a conversation with them via phone and/or in person. I live 4 hours from 40/42 and will drive back again to business with these folks. Can't say enough good about 40/43 MotorSports.

I am writing this review to warn all consumers reading this to NEVER do any business with this 5 Points Auto Masters and their other lousy, crooked so-called "dealership", Kelly and Kelly Investments; both of which are located on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC. These crooks do nothing but sell unsuspecting consumers these way overpriced LEMONS, keeping a set of the LEMON'S keys so they can sneak back and "repossess" the LEMON when the unsuspecting consumer misses one of the outrageously exorbitant so-called "monthly payments" they extort from the consumer. These crooks use these weak, ineffectual and non-existent so-called "laws" that now exist pertaining to used cars to their crooked, sleazy advantage and the poor, unsuspecting consumer is really unable to do NOTHING but maybe file a useless lawsuit. Unless and until these laws are changed, especially in this state of North Carolina, pertaining to these used car dealerships, consumers will continue to be at the mercy of these crooked, shady, unscrupulous SCAM ARTISTS like this 5 Points Auto Masters and Kelly and Kelly Investments. (Which is the same people, by the way.).

This was not the location address shown online. It is the one in Frederick MD. Never got back to me. Upon doing vin research, I found this "no accidents reported" car had been bought at auction from State Farm-totaled! Front end and engine smashed, saw photos. Glad they didn't get back to me.

Don't walk, RUN away from this dealer!!! Owner sold us a car with unsafe tires, dead battery, broken C/D player, broken sunroof, no owner's manual and rattling door. The owner assured us she would have someone pick up the car and make the repairs. Instead, she proceeded to give us the run around for several days and then ceased all communication. We filed a complaint with North Carolina Department of Justice, owner then claimed that she did not have any knowledge of our complaints despite us having e-mails showing the contrary. She submitted to the North Carolina Department of Justice something she copied from the Ebay website depicting a 2006 manual. Subsequently, the owner sent us a manual for a 2012 car however the car we purchased from her was a 2006. We immediately notified her of the mistake. To date, she has not contacted us. Spent over $1,000.00 to make the car drivable and safe several days after purchase. We still haven't fixed the sunroof and C/D player. Please note, everything was rosy until she cashed our check!!!

Needless to say, they still owe me a reimbursement a month later despite countless promises. They have been very rude and disrespectful once they got my money. If you decide to go here beware. Worst service worst response time if any and they all lie I will have an hour and a half away purchased an SUV from them, for my wife asked all the questions looked at the photographs Delivered the car to my wife’s work for a Christmas present. The car was filthy windshield had a rock chip in the drivers for you stickers for stock number we’re not taking off, and my wife was very embarrassed when she walked out to show it to her coworkers they want to offer $35 to have it washed detail guy told me $50 to clean it they will not replace the windshield told me to turn it in on my insurance took them over a week to even get that response after calling every day talking to multiple people stay away from this dealership
