I just bought a new tundra and wanted a gooseneck ball and a 7 pin trailer connector in the box. Brady the service advisor got the parts and Cole installed everything. I haven’t used it yet but looks perfect. Absolutely clean professional job. Thank you!

Just warning anyone and everyone to take vehicle repairs elsewhere. The lady at the check-in is very rude, she thinks she knows everything, but knows absolutely nothing. She will say one thing and then do the other. They will always quote you low just to get you in the door. This is a big no no for repair shops. You will leave there paying three times the quote price guaranteed. I gave this repair shop three strikes, three separate times and they missed badly all three times. Please before taking here do your homework!
