Brought my 2016 Elantra Value Edition in on Tuesday for it's first service visit since I bought it. The service department was very informative, going above and beyond to check to see if my car was due for any additional service. The staff were very friendly in both the sales and service departments from start to finish. They didn't have any problems when I needed to reschedule my initial appointment due to travel delays. Keep up the good work, Voss Hyundai! I'll definitely be back for both service and future purchases!

Only negative is female porter who assists with customers vehicle when arriving needs VAST improvement in customer relations. She formerly worked in the cashiers window. Never spoke a word to us. RUDE. Now is working in the service department. We do not want anything to do with her. Still rude. Eats while dealing with customers cars! Nasty rude attitude. Friends of ours stated cause of her they are writing off Voss Toyota. She seems to not care and forgets who pays the bill:CUSTOMER!

I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you.

We were on a road trip from Indianapolis to Washington DC in our Honda Pilot that we had just purchased 2 months ago. We had a "transmission temperature too high" This was the second time we experienced this. The first was a month ago and we returned to our dealership where we bought it and they SAID that we were just a quart low on transmission fluid and that we would be fine. Needless to say they will be receiving a scathing letter. Not only did they overflow the fluid which contributed to the problem today, they lied about having done the recalls and lied about the car having a tow package. (We were not towing today but were last month when it first happened) Ryan at Bill Marine took us, got us in right away even though they were busy today and got the transmission completely flushed and took care of the recalls and even saved us over $200 by having Honda cover a large portion of the problem. He was very honest and upfront with us about what was going on and got us on our way in a couple hours, back to our vacation. He even told us what we need to do when we get back home to get it safe to tow for the next time even though they would not get the business since we are out of town. Thank you for your kindness, understanding our urgency, your honesty, and your quality service! We appreciate you making us safe again!
