Horrible customer service! They give you the run around about everything including not calling you back about your car that they have in service. We called and left 2 messages with no return call back then finally called again and got someone on the phone. They told us the car wouldn’t be ready until the next morning and that the car was at HourGlass but wasn’t sure what location. Really you don’t know where someone’s car is. I will never buy another car from BMW of Tulsa again. If you are reading this I warn you not to do it! If you ask for a manager your told it’s one person then come to find out it’s not.

This dealership does not genuinely care about you. I went to purchase a specific vehicle from them. I was told they would pick me up from the airport. I flew 2,246 miles to purchase this car. Only to arrive in OKC and be told they were no longer going to deal the deal. This was told to me by phone. They didn’t even have the decency to pick me up from the airport and tell me to my face. Insulting, disrespectful and flat out rude! I’m from the south and we have manners. Out of respect for my time and flying across the country to do business with you, the least you could do is drive me to your office and give me a bottle of water.
