Very Friendly and Professional! - justjayb
I had a great experience buying my wife a new Ford Edge ST! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the car buying process. There was no pressure what so ever during this car buying experience, and by far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Reynolds Ford of Norman to anyone interested in a great car buying experience!

Great place to do business!! - WAYNE NEILSON
I have purchased several vehicles from Washburn Ford as well as used their service department. Always impressed with this dealership. Fair pricing and great service department. Kirk and his employees are top notch and pleasure to do business with.
Service - Charles - Bobbitt
This is the only dealership that really knows how to work on trucks. They have a master certified tech and a Sr. Master Certified tech. Ask any other dealer around if they have that? We took our truck to two other dealers and it was gonna cost thousands to fix, and the two techs at Woody fixed my truck in a day and cost me $500.
A great car buying experience - Mjandress
Joe talked with me over the phone and met me on the lot one afternoon to show me the models they had on the lot and we went on a test drive. Within a week Joe and Chris and I had all the figures worked out.
Wonderful experience - cdmccook
We had a fantastic experience at Stevens. From our salesman Mike to everyone in the office, we were treated extremely well. If you're looking for a small-town experience in which you'll be valued as a customer, Stevens is the place for you. We highly recommend them and are glad we made the trip up from OKC.
unnecessary diagnostics charge - David, Bartlesville
i'm not one to complain - most places i feel do their best, and want to help the customer - but that was not my experience w/ doenges ford service. i've got a 2015 f150 that was having brake problems, and took it in to a local service station over the weekend (tate boys) - they diagnosed the issue, told me exactly what was going on, and told me that i should contact the dealer and see if it was covered under warranty - i called the ford warranty service over the weekend, and they said that it might be, but i'd need to take it to the dealer for them to look up the part numbers. so this morning, i took it into doenges ford and told them exactly the problem, and the parts that would need to be replaced. i told them that i was only interested in seeing if it was covered under warranty. i left the truck, and they called back a few hours later and said that it wasn't covered under warranty, and how much it would be to repair. i opted to repair myself and when picking up the truck was met w/ an $85 diagnostics fee. i'm not upset that it wasn't covered under warranty - when i left the vehicle w/ them i told them very clearly that all i wanted was for them to run the parts and see if it's covered under warranty - i told them very specifically what the diagnosis was, there was no need for them to re-diagnose the issue and incur the charge.
Great Sales Manager and salesman! - WoollyMammoth
Called and spoke with the sales manager to try to get them to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because I wanted to buy from Seth Wadley. He tried but it didn’t work. Seth Wadley ended up having two vehicles I could look at. Turned out one of them was the color I was wanting and after a short test drive and some willing and dealing I purchased the truck. Robert and Matt were both willing to work with me. Only negative would be the paperwork process takes forever.
Service of 2013 Raptor - ChrisM405
I have never been disappointed with the quality of service at Charles Allen. I have purchaed several vehicles from there and have them all maintained with their staff.
Beware - JackBowker
This place is a joke. We bought a twenty thousand dollar plus truck had it less than a week and it broke down while we were on vacation. Long story short we were told it needed a NEW engine. From there on out their staff would not call us back to give us any updates or answers. Was told later they were told not to talk to us. We later made a deal to pay half of a NEW engine which we agreed to. Got it back today (on an empty tank gas light on) over a month later to find out they put a used engine in it which supposedly cost over seven grand. I requested the truck be trailerd back to us which Jay agreed to but that didn’t happen. Jay told his boss he didn’t “remember” us talking about that. Called today and they would not tell us the purchase price of the used engine. Told us we purchased a “used” vehicle and that was that. Glad to know we can travel and spend thousand of dollars to get screwed over by Oklahoma’s finest car dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Buyers beware. Report to BBB P.S I’ve never had Facebook, in fact I hate it but signed up to protect you guys. Don’t buy used junk from them they will screw you over. Don’t get a mechanic to look at their used cars get an attorney.
mistake to buy here - Rgr
Don buy here. Cannot get service and rude It is a waste of time to call. Cannot get in and will put on hold on the phone and then will be told that they are too busy to talk to you
Worst service ever! - Rfields
Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I called the dealership (services) and reported to them that my car was now making a clicking noise. The gentleman told me to bring it in. I dropped it back off on a Monday morning when the employee said he would have to charge me 100$ for a diagnostic. (Are you kidding me?) my husband drove past ford several times that day only to see my car sittin in the same spot. I finally got a phone call stating they could not locate the issue nor the sound. We picked my vehicle up again, and there was no sound. Two days later, my car began clicking again. I dropped it off again and was then charged almost 200$ for the repair ! They say it's a coincidence that my car started making noises right AFTER I picked it up. You have to be kidding me! So be careful taking your vehicle there for any such repairs, because if they mess up something on you vehicle they won't have any integrity about, and you may end up coming out of you pocket more money than expected.

Everyone here was great to work with. Very laid back when I bought, and no pressure. It was worth the 45 min drive. My sister drove from Bixby and had a great experience too!
Immaculate Service - Doshiergirl
The service department is without a doubt the best I have done business with. Oil changes down to engine repair or cosmetic touch ups have been attended to with utmost clarity.
The service manager treats me like my voice is important and wants to see me 100% satisfied before I leave. He is upfront on all aspects of your car and gives you the best recommendations . You'll be happy you chose to go there. Just ask for David, and ....tell him Mrs. Doshier says hello!
neglected damage info - grunt78-82
I drove 6 hrs to this dealer and thought I got a fair deal. 2 Weeks later ,went to install goose neck hitch in bed of truck and pulled out the slide in plastic liner and found 3 big dents and most of the paint rubbed off front of the bed rail. I took it to a body shop and was told it would be $1000.00 to repair. They said it needed done before rust started. The pics online didn't show a liner but never thought twice about having damage , cause the truck had only 11600 miles ,and some like a liner right away. But I feel they did it on purpose to hide damage to get more for truck. I will not be referring anyone to this dealer.

Brand new 2011 Mustang was bought here. At 300 miles it had issues with reverse in the 6 speed. Now at 5k it has issues with 2nd and 3rd gear downshifts and holding gears.
Dealer will not honor the warranty even though an extended additional warranty was purchased.
Overall this is the worst experience with a new vehicle I have experienced. I am losing faith in Ford as a company allowing dealers to pull this kind of customer service.
No Pressure - JK5525
when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ian Costello. Although it was his first week, he introduced me to Justin Ingram and I let them know what I was looking for. We couldn't find the exact vehicle, so we ordered one. Justin kept me updated until my vehicle arrived. Great people to work with!
