I enjoyed my car buying experience with Steve Adams. - kellyquinnett

I enjoyed my car buying experience with Steve Adams. I ordered a 2026 Mustang GT. Ford took awhile to build and deliver, but no bad reflection on the dealership. Steve was always thorough, responsive, timely and helpful throughout the process.

We are from Kansas and found a GMC Acadia online. - Racheal

We are from Kansas and found a GMC Acadia online. I began working with John Gorman, and we drove 4 hours on 5/22/2026 to purchase the vehicle. Before we arrived, John told us the car would be waiting for us. At no point did he ever disclose that the vehicle had hail damage. When we arrived, John happened to be out of the office, and the representative we were referred to was of no help. Instead of assisting us, he spent most of the time talking about his military background. After test-driving the vehicle and realizing the condition issues, we met with Bill to express our frustrations. Bill apologized and assured us they would “make it right.” He specifically told us they would repair the hail damage, remove the vehicle from the website, and deliver the vehicle to us in Kansas once repairs were completed. On Monday, John texted me, apparently unaware of everything that had happened. I explained the situation to him. Then on Tuesday, 5/26/2026, I followed up to ask when we could expect the vehicle to be repaired and delivered. That is when John informed us they had SOLD the vehicle after we left. We are completely shocked and disappointed. We were promised the vehicle would be fixed, taken off the website, and delivered to us — only to find out it was sold without anyone even having the respect to call us and let us know. To make matters worse, Bill later stated that I “shouldn't be cussing and upset with this company.” That alone says a lot about how this situation was handled. I am currently waiting on a call from Zach Wells to discuss this matter further. I will also be sharing this experience on every website where this dealership lists vehicles, so other customers do not go through what we did.

Tyler James, the salesperson was great, answered all my - davidg8958

Tyler James, the salesperson was great, answered all my questions, was very helpful. The finance process was easy. The reason for the 4 is because when I talked to the General Manager, he was rude, it was not his fault and was not helpful. Tag pre-registration was messed up. Glad with my purchase except for that call.

Great dealership and very helpful service department. - DOUGNGLO

Great dealership and very helpful service department. We feel so fortunate to have a dealership of such quality in our area. Yesterday we purchased our third new vehicle in last 10 years from salesman, Donnie Laferr. Donnie has made the process extremely easy and pleasant every time. There are several other employees through the years that have also been most helpful in the process of buying, and afterwards getting our vehicles serviced, at Billingsley Ford in Duncan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We understand that we live in a real world and sometimes things happen that are beyond the employees control and hard decisions need to be made (we've been there a couple of times) but we feel that they have always done everything in their power to make things right.

Very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. Application process was a little long, but not a deterrent from doing future business with them.
