Myself and my family have purchased 5-6 vehicles from Cooper BMW over the last 15 years. That will stop. Word of mouth is powerful!! Life is good for the first year the. The $8000 extended warranty that guaranteed us a loaner soon went to 8 weeks wait. Then they replaced $800 worth of parts and never fixed the issue. Which tells us all that Cooper can not service the cars they have sold. And do not know what they are doing. Terrible service personnel that sent more vehicles back not repaired. To leave even more room for fleecing, there diagnostic techs pay is based on everything they can find to replace. Red Flag!! Also, we took 3 cars in for Oil Changes and all of us were told our tires needed replacing. 2 sets of tires were 4 months old and the other vehicle tires were 8 months old. All needed replacing according to these cash cows. Integrity is missing, customer service is missing, honesty was never there. Do not do business with the Cooper Auto Group. You will certainly be disappointed with your car that costs more to service than to purchase. I have a call with BMW to make sure they are aware of what is happening and to voice my displeasure. Stay away from Cooper BMW!!!
