We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

For over 13 years this service, and parts department have taken care of my wants and needs to the utmost in most all matters and the ones they couldn't take care of was not their fault whatsoever. They have always been very polite and apologetic for everything they could not get done. They have never been rude or condescending in anyway whatsoever. If you need something done these folks will strive very hard to get it done and they will give the lowest possible price too ,as their estimate and if not low enough they will strive to make it lower in order to please and get your business.

Been trying to get a person on the phone for FIVE DAYS. Nobody will answer the phone or return calls from voice mails left. Pretty bad. I’ve tried every extension, sales, parts, business office, Operator and especially SERVICE, where I am trying to communicate with. Cannot see how a car dealership can run without answering the phone EVER, not once. Had my car towed there last night finally, left a note with the tow truck driver who called me back when he delivered my car and said he gave it to a service advisor name Billy, still no call. It’s now near the end of business the next day (day six) still absolutely no human interaction. Wonder if I will need to send another tow truck to pick up my jeep and find another place. I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

Have used this dealership for the last 3 oil changes and service and the service department employees seem to always be dismissive and have no empathy or compassion. I will be looking for a new location to service my truck due to their outrageous pricing for an oil change and tire rotation. I just had my invoice, and it cost me with a veteran's discount $411 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. The pricing has gone up 110 dollars from 6 months ago. I wouldn't mind spending extra for good service but again, the service department employees have zero customer service skills.
