I like the car I purchased, but it didn’t come without problems. I needed items fixed under the warranty. Other items were not covered. I was forgot in the waiting room, while waiting for a ride to somewhere. It took 30 days to wait for a loaner vehicle. After I said a friend at Matt Burne Honda would lend me one, a loaner magically appeared. Not the kind of treatment you would expect as a Cadillac owner. I know how other dealers treat Cadillac owners. The woman behind the counter is not friendly in any way. I left a large personal item behind in the loaner car or the waiting area, but they say they can’t find it. They need to improve their customer service.

I had a great shopping experience at Star Cadillac and even after the purchase, they were excellent with some issues that came up. Star goes above and beyond with their customers! I was looking at getting a car to replace mine but was in no rush, I researched as much as I could, and finally narrowed it down to the Cadillac Optiq since I was ready to go electric. I had been looking online for the exact model and color combo with the features I wanted for awhile and found a couple of dealerships that had what I was looking for. We headed to Star since it was the closest, after work to look at the two color/model combinations I was interested in figuring I could at least start the process. I wasn’t fully expecting to make a purchase that day but brought everything I needed along, and I figured we’d at least get the process started if the stars were aligned. Steve Miller met us outside. He was friendly and helpful and made his presence known, but he also gave me space to look around and decide next steps, which I really appreciated. I met back up with him wheni was ready for a test drive and a deeper look at the cars. He answered all of my questions without any pressure. After the test drive, I was ready to talk numbers and see what Star could do. Steve was laid back, honest, and treated me more like a friend than a customer. At no point did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch just to make a sale, and that’s really important to me. The car was exactly what I wanted, the deal was fair, and Steve made the purchase happen. The whole process was easy, smooth, and, most importantly, fair. Even the trade-in process was better than I expected. I go to dealerships in the defensive side because when I say I’ve had some terrible dealership experiences, I mean it. I try to be open but I’m also not going to be treated poorly. I’ve walked away from what probably would have been good deals simply because the salesperson made the experience miserable. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Star to anyone I know who’s looking to buy a car. Justin Sell from the finance department was excellent as well. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and handled everything in a fair and honest way. He made what is normally a stressful, major purchase feel easy, and I really appreciated that. Buying a car is a huge investment and commitment, so being treated well goes a long way. I wasn’t expecting to trade in my car and drive home in a brand-new one that day, but the experience from start to finish made me feel comfortable enough to stop shopping elsewhere and buy from Star. The only thing I regret is that I wish I had come in earlier because the purchase ended up going past closing time—sorry about that! Seriously, thank you Steve and Justin for such a great buying experience. You guys rock! I walked out of the dealership feeling like a member of the Star family and felt like I got a fair deal. Def a world class Cadillac dealer!

Dealer registered services to non-owner - LH

Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

Terrible response to visit for service. Was to dealership to have problem fixed and brought vehicle home with same trouble then I went back and explained problem again. I was told they would get back to me the next day with a price to fix. One week later called again and was told they would get back to me later the same day with cost of repairs. Three days later still no response. I got my car fixed somewhere else .

Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj

I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale. They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade. When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway. In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a "mark", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office. Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
