Uzma is the most caring person I have ever met. She knew all the inns and outs and could answer any question that I ask her. If she didn’t have the immediate answer it would not take her long to find the answer for you. she was involved in every aspect of buying the car and kept in good communications with me seeing that I was so far away from the dealership. She actually pulled me in to see what they had that would meet my needs.

I was looking for a used 2020 Buick Encore and found a nice interior/exterior combination that I liked. After checking the settings after driving off the lot I realized that the oil life was low, from it being a used local service vehicle for a couple thousand miles on the odometer. I was fine with the mileage, but wanted the overall inspection and maintenance. I got the maintenance done, but the inspection remains to be finished. I got the vehicle with the vehicle inspection due in less than 3 months, so hopefully they will do that for me complimentary, else future surveys will definitely be less than 4-stars.
Staff are professional and nice, showroom is very tidy, I had no problems interacting with the team. I understand mistakes can be made. Let's hope that electric vehicles come full force within the next 60 months, as I've sworn that this'll be my last gasoline-powered vehicle. I'm seriously considering the all-electric Tesla lineup if Cadillac nor Buick come up with something enticing as their brand in the coming few years. I won't sugar-coat surveys.

Last month, I stopped by the dealership to look at a Yukon Denali. I saw a really nice one in the showroom and I asked if I could test drive it. I was told that a test driving vehicle was not available at that time. I found it surprising that they wouldn’t offer to let me test drive the one in the showroom. The salesperson took my information, and he told me that he’d be in touch with me, presumably to find a date/time for a test drive. l never heard back from the dealership, and so I went to Rohrich Cadillac and bought a fully loaded Escalade. They were more than happy to let me test drive any of their vehicles.

Can't say enough good things about our buying experience at Scott Cadillac last night. An absolutely perfect transaction. Our salesman(Brian M) made it real easy! Literally 25 minutes to close a deal. What I really liked was they didn't insult our intelligence by playing games because they know people have access to lots of information about trade-in-values and new car pricing via the web. Finance manager Eric also had a really easy relaxed demeanor and not pushy at all. New car purchases can be really stressful and i had a lot of anxiety because my husband morphs into a prize fighter getting his game face on to do battle with the sales manager. The sales manager, Aric was a pleasant man and gave us a very fair price for our trade in. We had been to many dealerships in the last few weeks looking for a truck and we can tell you this has not always been the case. And finally, the Financial Manager Brian was very open, honest and explained everything to us without the usual heavy handed sales pitch you get from this portion of a car purchase. We had our own financing but he found us a better percentage rate which only made the buying experience that much better. I purchased a 2016 Acadia 30 days ago. It broke down in less than 24 hrs and has been in the shop since then. I will say that they did drive me a loaner car down. (I live 2 hrs away) But that is all they have done. They think bc it still has warranty on it that I shouldn’t be upset. They still don’t know what is wrong with my car and tomorrow is 30 days!!! This car is not reliable for my family. They have a 2 day or 150 mile trade policy and technically I only had my car 1 day and it is under 150 miles so they should honor it. Service department was a mess from the beginning. I shouldn't be surprised now. Brought my car in for heating issues and they did NOTHING. Told me that it worked fine. Even when I called the mechanic back to the car and showed him it wasn't working he still tried to tell me that's how it was supposed to work. I've been using the heater for 6 months and that is NOT how it worked. On the way home I also realized my bluetooth no longer worked. I came home and sent an email. POSITIVE they got it because someone called me about making another purchase and when I told him what happened, he said he could see it and someone would be in touch. Waited 2 days and called the service department. The girl was actually very nice and sympathetic. She totally got what I was saying. She was going to talk to the service manager and he'd get back to me. A few days later I sent yet another email. It's been a couple more days and still NOTHING. I'm now trying to contact the owner then CHEVY and then the BBB. I'm now seeing why I got a decent deal on my car but I would have been better off paying more somewhere else. My husband and I stopped in to test drive a new car one evening (5/28/2020) and walked the lot first to make sure we knew what one or two we wanted to test drive. We walked into the showroom, no one greeted us & the man at the main desk walked away from us. Five other men were talking in two offices and three of them made eye contact with us as we stood at the main desk and waited. No one came to help us or ask if we needed anything. After 8 minutes of them all waking around talking to each other in the offices, we left. We will go somewhere else for our new car.

Terrible response to visit for service. Was to dealership to have problem fixed and brought vehicle home with same trouble then I went back and explained problem again. I was told they would get back to me the next day with a price to fix. One week later called again and was told they would get back to me later the same day with cost of repairs. Three days later still no response. I got my car fixed somewhere else .

I called numerous times and was always put through to someone’s voicemail , usually Jason’s . No call backs and one time Landry got on the line screaming at the top of lungs , telling me I was going to “shut up and listen to him!” .i hung up and called back again . This time I was supposedly speaking with the owner’s assistant . Of course the owner was unavailable and would get back to me . That was a month ago ...

i bought a 2012 cts from this dealership. within 50 days 1,700 miles, the front wheel bearing went. i called the dealership and was told "sorry the warranty ran out after 30 days" my mechanic estimated a $400.-$450. repair. i really didn't think this was fair of r j burne not to offer something! i asked if i paid for the parts, would they do the labor free? NO was their answer! this is NOT a way to keep future customers, get referrals, or to be just plain FAIR to your customers! this is worse treatment than buying from a temporary corner lot somewhere! BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S ALL!!

After reading the reviews on here, many were good but my experience was not a good one. I have a CTS and a couple of brake and traction system messages began displaying on the dash. I stopped by Faulkner yesterday without an appointment hoping it was an easy fix. I was pleasantly greeted and told to see the lady who does appointments. They were booked and she told me to see John in the Service area. I went out to his office and he had someone in there. He looked up and rudely asked me if I was there to see him. I said I was as directed and again in a very rude and unprofessional manner told me I'd be waiting along time because he was busy and to see one of the guys not busy. His tone was abrupt and cocky. I said I was waiting to talk to talk to him as told and again he said 'you'll be waiting a long time, I'm busy'. The tone was not at all professional or a way to talk to customers. He is a poor representation of the dealership. His reaction and manners resulted in losing a customer. I will go to a GM dealer in the future.
