Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.
