Was shopping for a Certified Pre-0wned XT5 and found one online at Kelly Cadillac that met all of the items we required. Made the one and a half hour trip from Wilmington to Lancaster and very glad we did. We were enthusiastically greeted by owners Geoff and Kelley who expressed their gratitude for our visiting the dealership. Marc Gagliardi was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in the test drive and assessment of the vehicle for sale. Marc also provided us with a very good trade in value for our CTS which sealed the deal. F&I manager Glenn Davis was very friendly and professional explaining all the various paperwork and options available. No pressure just qualified information. Other dealers could learn much from Kelly’s business model.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership out of state. Email communication started with "this car has no marks" from salesman.
When delivered $3,600 of damages to rear which were quoted by two separate repair shops in my area.
Dealer states quotes are high and accuses me of I'm not sure what. When reaching out to the manager Dennis Spotts, tells me there is nothing to talk about and contact my carrier. My carrier has pictures of the damage present on their lot at pickup- and just because the carrier didn't document- they are not believing pictures? Wow
I didn't even ask for payment- I said let's work together and figure this out since sales rep mislead me on sale promising something that was competitive false. Attempts to president Rick Quigley never returned and Dennis stated he will not escalate to anyone.
I don't blame my salesman at the end of the day- however when offering management many chances to make things right- they say no. Just know once they sell you the car- they don't care about you.

I’ve owned my fair share of new and used vehicles, working with several different dealers over the years from Scranton, PA to Washington, DC. I’ve never been compelled to write a review for any, but for the amazing team at RJ Burne Cadillac – I’d do anything. Aside from the vast selection of beautiful Cadillacs, they always seem to have the best selection of pre-owned cars of all different makes. I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo CX-60 – my salesman, David Wert, was the most straight-forward, kind, and helpful person I’ve had the privilege to work with. He made it a point to research as much as he could about the Volvo – to ensure he was providing me accurate information on the vehicle. Working with the finance department was a breeze and I even had the chance to meet RJ, the owner – who again struck me as genuine and someone who really enjoyed working with people. I would expect nothing less from a Class A dealership, like RJ Burne Cadillac. And if you’re wondering about service after the sales – fear not, Eddie in the Service Department works closely with the sales team – I recently reached out to Dave, because my brakes and rotors were starting to wear down after just 10,000 miles since I bought the car; most dealerships might cut you a deal, but overall, the cost to replace this would be on you. Well, these guys scheduled me the next day, and because this happened within 6 months of buying the Volvo – they are replacing all the brakes and rotors free! This is a hefty cost to eat-up and I couldn’t be more appreciative! They also have great relationships with all the other major dealerships in the area – which comes in handy if you’re getting work done at their service department on a vehicle other than a Cadillac. In short, this auto group takes care of their own like family! They are more interested in the long-term relationship, than a quick sale.

My wife decided it was time to trade in her 2017 Malibu on a Cadillac CT5. Browsing the internet she found a car in the color she wanted at C. Harper. We drove out on a Sunday to look at the car even though the dealership was closed.
The car looked like everything she wanted, so Monday she called to inquire, and Talked to Jeff Bankovich, who provided everything she wanted to know and told her he could have the car ready for a test drive whenever she wanted. She Made an appointment for Tuesday, Jeff explained that he had a previous commitment but he would have someone help us until he became available.
Like any knowledgeable buyer I started my research on pricing incentives trade in value and such. On the drive to the dealer my wife and I discussed where we wanted to be on numbers + or minus.We got to the dealer a little late. We were introduced to Jeff and he passed us off to Tim for the test drive, which consisted of various type of roads and traffic. Tim was knowledgeable and answered all questions.
Once we pulled back into the dealership Tim asked the dreaded question " So other than price is there anything keeping you from driving this car home today?' (LOL). My head immediately filled with vision of 4 square papers, countless sidebars to the sales manger etc. I'm now ready for the grind.
Jeff took us to his office and started the small talk, and asked if we were paying cash or financing.
Here it comes. I told Jeff lets talk price and leave finance to the end. Now here's where it gets good.
The price was right where my wife and I agreed + $200.00. So now i figure they're going to under value the trade, Nope right where I wanted to be.
So now off to finance with Joe, here comes the hard sell right? Nope. No BS.
I was so shocked on the ride home trying to figure out where we got took.
It's a shame that we probably won't be in the new car market for a long time now. C. Harper and Jeff in particular will get my business in the future, I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car. My only regret is we didn't buy from them sooner.

Ken McDonough - was very helpful and got back to me when I didn't have all the correct paperwork to complete my inspection. I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening for a Thursday appointment to avoid the upcoming snowstorm and they took my car in that day and completed the appointment ahead of its scheduled time and got my car back to me that day rather than waiting for the scheduled day. It was greatly appreciated.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on 11/10/2020. Car had body damaged that was unreported. The driver side rear sliding door is crooked, the rear driver side quarter panel is pinched behind the bumper and the rear hatch is crooked and pinched against the tail light on 1 side. All pushed and pinched in the same direction. Also has excessive wind noise as if the doors are not sealed correctly. The response I got from Tim the sales rep was that “some Dodges are built that way”. The response I got from Ryan the used car sales manager “Dodges have excessive wind noise and it’s normal”
The car fax was also missing 10,000 miles.
I owned the car for 12 hours and I’m extremely unhappy/hate it and the responses I have received. It’s not buyers remorse, I feel like I was lied to and they are just trying to cover it up.
Update: they are working with me now to swap the van I bought for a different one of the year/mileage. I will update review when things are finalized.
The van they brought in was in worse shape than mine. They did try to fix the door (moved it about 1/2” straighter) but still has wind noise. They test drove it but didn’t hear anything wrong. Van still makes noise when you drive it. Left front tire especially.
End result. Did they go out of their way to try and make things better? Yes. Is it better? No. Stuck with a car I dislike for the next 5 years.

Terrible response to visit for service. Was to dealership to have problem fixed and brought vehicle home with same trouble then I went back and explained problem again. I was told they would get back to me the next day with a price to fix. One week later called again and was told they would get back to me later the same day with cost of repairs. Three days later still no response. I got my car fixed somewhere else .

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was a horrendous experience. The sales process was lengthy and the team members we worked with were disorganized, deceitful, and condescending. We were charged incorrect sales tax twice and were lied to about the financing terms of our loan. Gap insurance was added after we had declined this coverage twice and a third party extended warranty was added without our consent. We had to wait for paperwork to be redone several times in order to have these things removed and numerous other errors corrected. After spending over $50,000 on a vehicle, we were given less than ¼ tank of gas to drive several hundred miles home. The registration transfer took 8 weeks to complete and was processed incorrectly. Instead of transferring our personalized plates to the new vehicle as we requested twice during our transaction, we were given generic plates. I have purchased six vehicles in my adult life and have never encountered such poor communication and patronizing deception until my experience with Buchanan Automotive.

The car buying process for a person who is not well versed within the industry was very easy going and painless. Emilio was a great help to me in buying the used 2016 subaru impreza. He took it for a drive in the early morning hours of the day to make sure everything was up to his standard before making the trip out there. Very transparent and well versed individual. The finance team was quick and right to the point. The paperwork was read properly and discussed in a great fashion as well. I recommend anyone to give them a visit if you are searching for a vehicle new or used!
