I forgot my original appointment. The service department hooked me up and got me set up on Saturday morning for my oil change. They called and recommended for state and imission inspection and I agreed they were looking out for me. Awesome job further I did not realize I had automatic start feature and I asked about getting one installed I was told that I already had it. To me it was like Christmas.

I came to Jim down on my luck, upside down in a car not suitable for my driving needs. I explained my concerns of needing at least AWD and a vehcile I felt safe in and had room. Jim practically bent over backwards doing whatever he could to help me and made the buying process easier than I expected. Though my payments are high, I understand why they are as I was already upside down in previous loan, and the money I'm spending is so worth it. Jim was honest, knowledgable, and reassuring through the entire process, keeping an open line of communication. I would recommend Jim Ferguson, and Mike Good (the sales manager I worked with) to anyone and everyone! Thanks to them, I feel safe and am a much more confident driver in my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport!

Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

My car had some crazy noise from the steering and and wheels had paint coming off, my car was taken in and wheels replaced, found bad steering gear and did its yearly service.To my amazement, the car was aligned perfect, wheels installed with no damage,, They did an awesome job.
I think other dealers need to take advice fromJon on how to keep a customer.

Purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle that had several critical flaws that I learned of after taking delivery....including issues with tires and alignment! If you intend to consider a CPO purchase at Sutliff, strongly suggest you take it to an independent service center for their assessment before finalizing your purchase.
