Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! Took my Acadia for it's semi annual Auto Butler appointment. Front of truck not even washed! Bugs stuck on front! Last time there were black streaks running down where they missed. Total waste of money and time.

Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

Faulkner has a good service department,Brought car in with heat no work great and losing antifreeze,it was fixed for a day and broke again,a service manager is bringing car back in Wendsday to address the issues I have with the car.Car was amazing for a year and a half.but has now been giving me issues but they are trying.

If you intend to consider a CPO purchase at Sutliff, strongly suggest you take it to an independent service center for their assessment before finalizing your purchase.

very poor satisfaction , sent paperwork for a car that they said would hold until I cam back . Lied never did what they said. and had to spend hours on phone to cancel due to a situation beyond my control, and was hung up on fromthe fiance man and never had cals teturned back to me , even with the sales manager, never tried to kelp get the situation resolved very unhappy
