I had left tghe dealership while I waited to hear about financing. Once a deal was struck I returned to the dealership with my trade. About a mile from the dealership my trade decided to break down. The service was good. My car was picked up and returned on the same day. My issue is with the $7 charge for the inspection sticker. When I leased the car I was told PA inspections were free. Free is not $7. Free is Free. These are things to consider when my lease expires.

I took my daughter to Mike Kelly to look for a newer used car for her to drive back and forth to college.
We had been to several dealers and looked at a lot of cars. No one could help us for the payment wanted.
We found a 2015 with very low miles at Mike Kelly. The car was like new still. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and so helpful it truly was a great experience. My daughter loves the car. The bank had set up the loan so the payments where more then we wanted to pay so it looked like it was not goinv to work out. Both my daughter and I where very disapointed. However Dan O'Brian the business manager at the dealership was not about to let us leave disapointed. He worked with the other managers at the dealership and called the bank and got the deal we neesed.
My daughter has a beautiful very nice reliable and safe car to drive and I have the payments I can afford. I can not say enough good about this dealership and the people who work there.they are the best. NO one should ever but a car without stopping by Mike Kelly first!!

I will say I saved money on a 70.000 dollar truck but repairs not so great and finance cost me 430.00 they took a pay off out of my net trade to pay off loan when I gave them a 12000 check so this cost me money over five years I guess no we're is safe to buy anymore very disappointed in this service. Just wanted my breaks to stop squeaking in the morning every morning so its going to cost me 1200. To get new rotors and pads on a new truck.

I honestly cleared my day to buy a truck for my business. I walked into the dealership after checking out their inventory. I knew they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I was greeted by Chris Wenzler. He asked what i needed. I told him. With in 5 mins of walking into the dealership Chris found me a truck and said he could have a driver go pick it up the next day. The next day it was picked up and the day after that I walked in sat down signed a few times and that was it. Chris showed me the newer tech stuff inside and I was off to get my work done. I seriously spent a total of one hour on the entire process. I have purchased many vechiles for my business over the years and this is the first time I actually enjoyed it. This is the worst dealership that I have ever had to deal with. The amount of times these people have told me one thing, and than went back on their word is ridiculous. I will be returning to get my money back, and I will never return again! What a waste of my time! Horrible costumer service!
