Had a really bad Tuesday with customer product onboard my Sprinter and the engine was a no go. Had to have the van towed to Motorworld and only needed a battery. I was able to get the van back with a new battery and some extra work done in under the amount of time quoted. Very pleased with the results and happy to have my baby back on the road.

I was warmly greeted at the door by Emmanuel Beard. He listened to what I was looking for in the relaxed atmosphere and layout of the dealership without judgement. He is both extremely professional and personable. He didn’t try to take advantage of me and sell me something that I didn’t want. Emmanuel submitted my request to Warren Babish. Warren is also very professional and personable and made me feel very comfortable while my information was being reviewed for financial approval and I was able to get the car that I wanted. Emmanuel then patiently took the time to show me every detail of my newly purchased car. I am extremely happy with my purchase!! I absolutely Love the service Emmanuel provided. Very disappointed with the sales department I called on a new vehicle and they would not give me the time of day. Do not be fooled by their website they are NOT internet friendly. The salesman in a roundabout way told me they would not deal with me unless I was in the office. I am dealing with 2 other GMC dealers that are happy to talk numbers over the phone. My family and I are faithful GM owners with a fleet of GM vehicles for business and personal use and have never been pushed aside like this. Once again very disappointed

I will say I saved money on a 70.000 dollar truck but repairs not so great and finance cost me 430.00 they took a pay off out of my net trade to pay off loan when I gave them a 12000 check so this cost me money over five years I guess no we're is safe to buy anymore very disappointed in this service. Just wanted my breaks to stop squeaking in the morning every morning so its going to cost me 1200. To get new rotors and pads on a new truck.

Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

I took my daughter to Mike Kelly to look for a newer used car for her to drive back and forth to college.
We had been to several dealers and looked at a lot of cars. No one could help us for the payment wanted.
We found a 2015 with very low miles at Mike Kelly. The car was like new still. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and so helpful it truly was a great experience. My daughter loves the car. The bank had set up the loan so the payments where more then we wanted to pay so it looked like it was not goinv to work out. Both my daughter and I where very disapointed. However Dan O'Brian the business manager at the dealership was not about to let us leave disapointed. He worked with the other managers at the dealership and called the bank and got the deal we neesed.
My daughter has a beautiful very nice reliable and safe car to drive and I have the payments I can afford. I can not say enough good about this dealership and the people who work there.they are the best. NO one should ever but a car without stopping by Mike Kelly first!!

Faulkner has a good service department,Brought car in with heat no work great and losing antifreeze,it was fixed for a day and broke again,a service manager is bringing car back in Wendsday to address the issues I have with the car.Car was amazing for a year and a half.but has now been giving me issues but they are trying.

If you intend to consider a CPO purchase at Sutliff, strongly suggest you take it to an independent service center for their assessment before finalizing your purchase.

Lied never did what they said. and had to spend hours on phone to cancel due to a situation beyond my control, and was hung up on fromthe fiance man and never had cals teturned back to me , even with the sales manager, never tried to kelp get the situation resolved very unhappy
