Don't go to this dealership. Every time I've brought the car back for service I've been treated badly, given the run around and not gotten any solutions. This car has had problems since I first got it! I would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. They don't stand behind the product or the workmanship. Once you buy the car, you're on your own! Please go anywhere but here

Don, in service, has Always provided FIVE STAR SERVICE every time my vehicle has needed maintenance or warranty repairs. I am provided a loaner or they rent me a Chrysler product locally if theirs isn't available for my Chrysler Certified coverage repair. I have never met an easier- going person to deal with. He has personally and immediately gone above and beyond for me any time my situation has asked for it. Don is a true asset to that dealership and he is the reason I come back to Krebs for ALL of my service work. He is also a major reason that I am considering buying a new vehicle from Krebs. The sales department is only one aspect of buying a vehicle. Having trust in the folks after the sale in the service department is a much longer, ongoing relationship- one that is necessary and vital to keep the wheels turning. Having strong leadership, expert techs, and Mopar parts, Krebs has built a winning team!

Manager treats you terribly, tells you that you don't know what your talking about! Sold me a 30,000 car and it broke (thankfully I bought the warranty) so transmission breaks and they give me a rental car that is falling apart and smells the day before its suppose to snow. They don't care about helping you after they sell you the car, their only worried about making a dollar... Completely pathetic customer service!!!!

I took my 2011 Kia Sorento in on a recall notice, and while there I started talking to Mike Ebeling. He is a nice young man and we were looking at a new 2014 Sorento that was in the show room. Mike showed me all the features, we then took a test drive. And I was sold so I left with a 2014 Kia Sorento. Thank you, I always go to Ladd Hanford for my services they are always helpful, and friendly.

Poor service at service dept - Jay

My wife and I took our Chevy Tahoe in for an inspection, new tires, new shock and new parking sensor. While the tires were being replaced they broke a pressure sensor. When we called and complained the service manager was very rude to my wife. The Shock and sensor we were told would be available in 2 to 3 days. After 4 days I called and was told by the manager that they were still on order. After 11 days my wife called and found out the parking sensor was in but the shock had not even been ordered yet. This department seems to be run very loosely and unprofessionally. They did give us a 10% discount on our bill because of the trouble which might excuse the tire and ordering issues, it certainly doesn't excuse the rudeness.

Twice now we took my Kia Sedona there to be fixed n both times it came back with more wrong with it and of course it's unrelated to what they supposedly fixed needless to say we spent 2000 in the last 6 months n still can't drive it I am going to better business to see what can be done tired of getting rip off
